Haven't checked in here for most of the year - I don't recognise some of the names on the list, guessing that COVID influenced quite a few CD's to move on so a bunch of AM's got promoted.

Hope he's CD on Oasis in July 2022.  No offense to Dennis, but after having him as CD for the second time, most recently in April 2019 on Anthem, we're ready for someone new.

Dec 13 on Independence Ricky was the CD. It was his first cruise back. He was excellent! Full of energy. I’ve never even cared about who the CD was before. You have to go to the first night’s show! I didn’t get his last name, but he said he was from Jamaica.

Does anyone know? I only recognize about half of the current CDs on the list.

These are my guesses:

 

Dennis Charles (who recently signed off Oasis) has been with RCCL for over 20 years, some of those were spent shoreside training new CDs.

 

Jeff Arpin (recently signed off Harmony) has also been around over 20 years, but he too a long break somewhere in the middle and then returned to the CD line-up.
