Baltimore changes in 2023

I just read that Enchantment will be sailing from Vancouver, BC starting April of 2023.  Is Grandeur being moved back to Baltimore?  Is Royal Caribbean leaving Baltimore altogether? Anyone have any idea?

My TA's website shows Enchantment's last cruise in Baltimore April 20-28, 2023. Then she begins Vancouver on May 7, one AK cruise of 7 nights.

I thought, Wouldn't it be nice to do the repositioning cruise?  Nothing showing, and only 10 nights to get to Vancouver?  That seems a bit brief.

And no replacement ship showing.  However, Baltimore cruises have always been very well booked for RC, so I imagine something will be there.

Maybe Baltimore will finally get a Radiance class ship.  Yes, Radiance class fits under the bridge.

I'm not too far away from Baltimore and wondered the same thing, why there weren't more Baltimore cruises in 2023. Did anyone ever find out the reason?

Onboard the next cruise person said an announcement should be made on the 21st.  Many are hoping Vision will be the replacement ship.  Katherine

I saw there was one vision cruise for late next year that popped up for booking the other day. My guess is that will have their hopes fulfilled

Yeah, the test load indicated Vision to Baltimore, Liberty & Oasis in Cape Liberty, and Jewel doing some fall foliage out of Quebec.

No, I have not been on Vision.

 

But I KNOW I like Grandeur. 😄

 

Looking at the deck plan, they are very similar.  At least they have Giovanni's Table and Izumi, which Enchantment does not have.

 

Interestingly, the GS are shown as none being connecting, unlike Grandeur.  But there is an Accessible JS in the middle of the GS on each side.

 

Also, the aft corner 2 bedroom GS are missing on Vision.

FWIW, I don't think that Vision's pool deck has ever fallen apart.  🤣
