PC or Mac? Operating system? Version? IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc? iPhone, Droid, IPad, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop? URL of site?  Never mind, I see you are logged in. 🤣

Funny. I remember computer support back in the day. The first question they would ask is “Is it plugged in?”

Not today, but there have been intermittent issues over the past few weeks where the site does not open for me.  It never lasts long.

Ours is, "Did you reboot?"  I'm proactive, so I always start my conversations with them saying, "I've already rebooted, and...." listing all the steps I have already taken.  Helps eliminate unnecessary conversation.  😁

Thank you all.  I had tried logging in on app and on the website.  I just rebooted and all is well!

Ironically Voom doesn't allow some account access such as using the app to check in on a different cruise.  Something about DNS issues for certain rccl.com domains breaks some backend functionality.  

 

I use a VPN when on board to get around it.

I’ve been able to access my account every day ( been trying to pay for the next cruise!) but still cannot access today either 🤷‍♀️
