Bobbiegentry Posted August 25, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2022 We’ve never sailed from the “new” T25 at PE. I understand there is a separate entrance for suite passengers for embarkation. I’ve reviewed all the photos of T25 that I’ve been able to locate and for the life of me I just cannot identify the suite entrance. Is anyone able to point me to this entrance? WestLakeGirl Posted August 25, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2022 As i recall the sign was on a moveable stanchion but don’t worry there are plenty of workers there to guide you to the door
CruisinNole Posted August 25, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 25, 2022 There was a movable stand that says Retreat on it. We walked up to the man standing next to it and were guided to the check in area. The waiting area is a very nice large room. Refreshments are available. Great way to check in. 1
cangelmd Posted August 25, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2022 Short answer is to the far left of the main entrance. The building atrium is a cube that sticks out closer to the street and the entrance is on the side, rather than the “front”. In the corner where this cube meets the main building there’s a set of double doors leading to an elevator that takes you to suite lounge. There are also people saying suites this way, and others will point you in right direction.
Rare DCPIV Posted August 25, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2022 Yes, just look for the door that's most on the left. It's not an entirely separate door on a different face of the building or anything like that. There likely is a sign for Retreat, as well. If you don't see a sign outside the entrance or immediately inside, just ask the first official-looking person you see, and they will direct you. Now, the tricky part (unless you are escorted) is to find the proper elevator. It's also on the left, but a little but around the side of the main elevators. There should also be a sign there, but you can miss it if you aren't looking for it. Keep a sharp eye or be very clear where you are going if you aren't escorted over there. If you wind up in a very large area with bench seating and a large check-in counter, then you wound up in the wrong place. If that happens, just show someone official your express pass and let them know you need to be in the Retreat check-in area. They'll get you there. I know that from experience. 😉

Andy_P Posted February 2, 2023 #8 Share Posted February 2, 2023 (edited) Yes, to the left of the main entrance and there are more signs inside and people to direct you. Others (Post #4) have said they used a door farther to the left on a side wall, so there might be more than one way to get there, so day of, pose questions, and look for signs. Don't go in a direction without "Retreat" signs. Edited February 2, 2023 by Andy_P
TeeRick Posted February 2, 2023 #9 Share Posted February 2, 2023 We just came back (on Equinox) into Terminal 25. I will offer that the exit from the ship is quick and easy. It has Face Recognition technology at CBP and it was a breeze!
Rare Tyler414 Posted February 2, 2023 #10 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Just ask when you arrive, the staff will point you in the correct direction. It was towards the left on my sailing.
billc23 Posted February 2, 2023 #11 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Should I bring my luggage to the retreat area of T25? Do I bypass the porters who work for the port? I received a sign to put on the dash of the vehicle I arrive in that says Priority and instructions to have the driver bring me to the retreat area. There should be a sign just as your vehicle pulls up to the terminal for Priority Drop Off. The porter will be happy to take your luggage then you can proceed to The Retreat Check-In. Have a wonderful cruise!
CHEZMARYLOU Posted February 2, 2023 #13 Share Posted February 2, 2023 When we cruised in December the port had some new staff. One tried to direct me to the escalators. Luckily we had sailed out of there many times and knew where we should be going. She was not reading the word "suite" on our boarding pass. Other than that it has been seamless, best terminal we've been to.

Apart from my luggage tags which say Suite, I didn't receive a vehicle dashboard sign or instructions on how to drop off luggage and check in specifically for the Retreat? My sailing is three weeks away.

Passengers sailing in standard suites, such as Sky or Celebrity Suites do not get these signs. Those passenger just drop their luggage with the regular porters and proceed to the Retreat Entrance to the left of the main entrance as described above. 2
SilverBlue Posted February 3, 2023 #16 Share Posted February 3, 2023 Can those in upper suites traveling with those in a standard (Celebrity) suite forego the Priority Drop Off (we also got a sign) and drop with regular porters and then proceed to the Retreat Entrance? TiA!

TiA! Yes, the priority dop off is not mandatory. If you are traveling in the same vehicle you can all get off at the priority drop off area and I'm sure the porter would take all the luggage.

Ken52891 Posted December 27, 2023 #20 Share Posted December 27, 2023 Hello everyone! We have a cruise in February on Apex out of FLL, and we are Retreat guests. Our arrival time is 11:30, however I know that Retreat guest can arrive before that. My question is how early can we get into the terminal? I rather wait at the terminal instead of at our hotel. Thanks!

Thanks! i would not arrive before 1000 if it were me. I do not know exactly what time they start processing guest but I suspect it would not be much earlier than 1000. If boarding has not started, you will be taken to the Retreat waiting area in the terminal where there will be coffee, soda, water, and light snacks at some point.
