Here's the information my PVP sent me with my latest booking.  I don't know if any of this has changed recently.  I haven't submitted my shareholder OBC claim for this cruise yet.  But hopefully this is the info you need:

We are extending a special on board credit to Carnival Corporation Shareholders who received the package for the Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made by February 28, 2023.

Ships/Saildates: Applicable on sailings through July 31, 2023.

Offer for Domestic/Europe Cruises:

·         $ 50 (USD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 6 days or less

·         $100 (USD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 7 to 13 days

·         $250 (USD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 14 days or longer

Offer for Australia Cruises:

·         $ 50 (AUD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 6 days or less

·         $100 (AUD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 7 to 13 days

·         $250 (AUD) on board credit per stateroom on any cruise of 14 days or longer

The following restrictions and limitations apply:

·         This benefit is available to shareholders holding a minimum of 100 shares of Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc.

·         The shareholder onboard credit is applicable with all promotions offered to the public, such as Early Saver, Pack & Go, 48 Hour Sale, etc., as well as VIFP targeted offers, Casino promotions (excluding ‘complimentary cabin’ offers) and more.

o    Excluded from this offer: Employee rates, Interline rates, travel agents cruising at travel agent rates, tour conductors or anyone cruising on a complimentary basis; complimentary (free) basis includes the following types of offers, but not limited to these: 1) complimentary ‘buy/get’ casino offers, 2) complimentary ‘buy/get’ VIFP targeted offers, 3) compensation offers from Guest Care.

·         This benefit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used for casino credits/charges and gratuities charged to your onboard account.

·         Only one onboard credit per shareholder-occupied stateroom. If both guests' names are on the stockholder statement, you may split the onboard credit between the two stock holders.

·         Certain restrictions apply.

·         Applications to receive these benefits (onboard credit) should be made at least three weeks prior to cruise departure date.

After the reservation has been made, the shareholder must provide their legal name, reservation number, ship and sailing date, along with proof of ownership of Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc shares (for example: photocopy of shareholder proxy card, a dividend tax voucher or a current brokerage or nominee statement with the brokerage account number blacked out) at the time of deposit.

They say to send in no later than 4 weeks prior to your cruise.  Not sure why you keep sending it.  Some email programs, every time a new email is sent with the same information, it moves it to the newer emails.  So each time you resend it, it may be moving your email further down the list.

Greetings, anyone have suggestions on getting the shareholder credit posted?  I've been emailing for over a month without luck. Is there someone you can call?  Thanks for the help.

Hi

The last time I sent one in, I received an email acknowledging that they had received the request and not to not to resend the request. I guess some people get impatient. Did you not get this confirmation email?

I did get my OBC in plenty of time. I figured that even if it wasn't in my account by sail date, I would bring their email with me along with my statement, and they would correct the issue. They have done it in the past for me.

I was on Horizon last week and when I boarded I hadn't received a response from Carnival.  Day 3 of the cruise, I had a response that I would get the credit.  By day 5 I still didn't see it, I replied to Carnival that I didn't have it yet, and that afternoon it showed up.

Now I need to start working on my January cruise.  I figure I will send it in before Thanksgiving.

I just received my shareholder credit today!  I emailed shareholders@carnival.com on Oct 19 and attached my TD Ameritrade statement with the account number redacted.  Received an automated response saying Carnival received it.  Today I received an email from guestadmin@carnival.com saying I received my OBC.  Looked at my Jan 2023 cruise manager booking & order details and there it was!  Yippie!!

That answers one of the questions that I had right after reading this thread- is the credit available before the cruise. If I am reading this correctly it is not, but I am sure that DW will have no trouble disposing of $100.
