Future Cruise Booking Onboard, NO extra credit

Today at 9AM I transfer my 3 FCB onboard to 2024 Apex Sailings from Southampton, everything OK until I receive my confirmations (passenger copy), NO EXTRA ONBOARD CREDIT $200 on each cruise. Now more than 1 hour waiting for resolutions department to fix it

after 1 and half hour It was fixed but not the $200 only $175 per booking because I booked a Porthole Veranda, only IV get the $200 🤬

I'd be upset as well.  The future cruise form doesn't distinguish between porthole and infinite verandah.  You should be eligible for the $200.  Maybe call back again and see?  I guess it's only $25, but the form should clearly state this distinction.

I would call back also if its not clear on their form. Its only $25  but if not stated clearly then you are entitled.

I would certainly expect the veranda amount for a stateroom that claimed to be a verandah.

Maybe they thought a Porthole was an Ocean View and didn't understand a Porthole Veranda on an E class is a Verandah
