I would not know,( it’s none of my  business, or anybody else's really ) you would have to ask the self proclaimed Mr Royal Caribbean.He seems to know everything.

Are there long queues to get into venues?

Are people being responsible regarding covid precautions?

What about drink prices like wine,  beer, bourbon? We didn't get a booze package as I only drink wine but still will have a couple.

U.S ,Gratuity is included.

It was on Ovation a few weeks ago but it should be relevant to Quantum.

Don’t forget you can also bring wine onboard. Supposed to be 2 per cabin but most people bring 2 x per person 🙈. As long as in separate carry on bags all good. We also pre purchased A cheese and wine platter (which inc a merlot  and cheese selection) can have white wine etc. This was $34 Aus. (That price fluctuates so keep an eye on it in your planner )  So all up that’s 5 x bottles for the room. And if you are diamond or prime by any chance  then that’s another Avenue. Lucky enough we are now diamond abs prime so no worries at all (and we aren’t big drinkers at all)

There is wifi in the duty free store in Vila, several restaurants/ cafes have wifi for their customers  as well.

MacDonald's and numerous restaurants have wifi for their customers  in Noumea.

For Noumea, the park at Anse Vata if you are going to the beach there, and Coconut Square (Place des Cocotiers) which is a couple of blocks walk into town from the Cruise Terminal building.

Most places have free wifi,some like your details which I don’t like.

 

I turned on my phone which was new and got a $400 bill from digicel which was pretty rude for a couple of minutes.
After a few emails I got it dropped.

So be careful,you can get a $10 a day pass but you need the app.
