Yeah, it's the oddest thing.... I sailed on MG over thanksgiving and NYE, and neither time was a word said about vaccination cards in GT. No one checked anything, and if it wasn't for meeting a couple in the pool one day who was unvaccinated and got a letter in their cabin the day prior saying they couldn't go ashore, I'd have never known this was an issue. Not sure if this is based on CD, current status, or what, but Joey's girlfriend did not say a thing about it either time.

The Turks and Caicos government requires it for everyone ashore. Its not really a ship to ship decision. How they enforce it seems to be.

Could I bother you to get a picture for me? I forgot to get a pic of what is in the Jamaican Sunrise at the Red Frog Pub last week...It was my favorite drink during my whole vacation.....

Jamacian Sunrise - $10.50

Skyy Vodka,  Peach Schnapps,  red passion fruit, orange and cranberry juice. 😎

Good morning everyone! Even with luggage debarkation, we were off the ship at 7:30. Currently eating breakfast at a Cracker Barrel somewhere north of West Palm Beach. We'll be stopping in South Carolina for the night. The drive home is always the worst part of the trip. 😎

Well I assume this catches you in SC. If you're in Charleston for the evening.  Stop by Sullivan's FishCamp or the Post House.   The 2 chefs just finished the 3000 nm row across the Atlantic from Canary islands to Antigua.  One or both of these places were serving a special drink in celebration yesterday.  But even though the two guys aren't home yet, a warm word of support might get yopu served.

Otherwise travel safe so you can cruise again.  Looking forward to the picture review.

Actually, we are in Santee. We love Charleston, but didn't think a January visit would be wise. It's also been pouring here for the last four hours. :classic_cool:

I was in Santee once, back in the 80s with a group of Wall Street types.  There were no bars, but a Chinese Restaurant near the motel we stayed at sold the airplane size liquor bottles.  I think we as a group bought out their entire inventory.😁

Yes it was raining pretty good.  Hope you continue on safe.

Safe trip!  A dreary day here in Jersey but tomorrow supposed to be sunny and mid 40's!  Not exactly temps you've had past week, but if you watched the Bills play you'd realize how lucky we are.  I was FREEZING watching that game.  And they lost and the Giants....😩  it was painful.  Looking forward to your review and Patti's pictures!
