Next Cruise Credit - ?!.

So we were assuming the deal offered by Quantums Future cruise promo for a Next Cruise booking credit was a great deal . November Cruise , all good ..Got the onboard credit for the promo - thankyou much appreciated - and assumed we would then receive The Next / future Cruise Credit as agreed - $100 ea for a future booking . . All good - told we would receive confirmation --  until nothing arrived as promised , and now we are ready to book a new cruise . . No certificate and nothing on my account on log in . We are Diamond , no big deal , so I thought it would either show up as an email or find its way to my account eventually  . Nothing has arrived so I called today and received a surly curt response and told to  email  RCCL myself and try and find out how to claim the Next Cruise Credit . Not the response I was hoping for given I gave all the details I assumed necessary . Aside from the rude response to my query about how I should go about retrieving the Next Cruise Credit  , Im left with the feeling I will just go back and book something else with anyone but Royal Caribbean and forget about it. Just got off Grand Princess last week and were treated Royally . Not sure if thats ironic. lol .

Others on this board may have more info on how to book with your next cruise credit.  I have booked with them while onboard.

But I can say there are some phone reps that do not know everything and give out wrong information since most of them work from home from various countries.

I would suggest calling the Crown and Anchor number.

It should have been emailed to you - and when we did one on our last cruise we got it later that day. Check your spam folder just in case it's been filtered in there. Otherwise contacting their support is your only option I'm afraid.

Same here.  As suggested, call the C&A desk 800.526.9723

We did Regal Princess B2B over the holidays and were treated regally.  If Princess would put a ship in Port Canaveral (practically in our back yard) we would do mostly Princess.  And we are Top Cruiser on Brilliance this week.

But that's not the receipt of what your reservation ID is.

On my December 4th Oasis sail, I simply filled the request out and dropped in the box by the NC desk.  When I got home there was an e-mail with the NC cert attached.

Ps.  They charged my CC before I got the e-mail.😜

We have never sailed on Princess but considered it and we are Diamond on RCCL.    Could you elaborate more on why you would switch to Princess?  Also any information you are willing to provide as to what you enjoy most on your cruises, etc. would be helpful.  We are in our 50's, enjoy most of the food and shows on RCCL but probably spend most of our free time in the casino so earn a lot of "free", lol, cruises.

We finally started booking with Next Cruise in January after a lot of new friends we made kept telling us about the OBC and in our case casino free play they were getting.  We have booked 2 different cruises onboard and then another we filled out the form on the last night and dropped in their box and then received an email with a confirmation number.  A few days after we got home we called and picked a specific sailing for that booking.  Now we know to either book something onboard or at least fill out the form and drop in the box.  To be honest we always thought the Next Cruise was going to be something like sitting in on a time share presentation but glad to know it is not.
