There is a cruise I never took on my list of past cruises…..

I initially booked a cruise for December 2022 and switched that booking to the 2/4/23 Anthem sailing from which we just returned. The December one is showing as a past cruise on my list on the RCI site in addition to the February one. Hmmmm. What, if anything, should I do?

It may show on your list but I doubt if it shows points received. The one you just returned from will show points in about a week or so.

How long does it take post-cruise these days for the points to show up?

They will usually show up in 7 to 10 days.

I think they have a glitch in their system.  One cruise I canceled in October and two that I canceled in January show as past cruises, but no points were ever awarded for those.  Too bad, because those were all suites.

Some are luckier then others I guess.  😉

I have a feeling it will just go away at some point…

I had a Jewel cruise I never took from last February showing up multiple times in my past cruises.  First I canceled and rebooked under a better casino offer, then RC cancelled the cruise (this was when so many crew were getting COVID and they were temporarily housing them on unused ships around CocoCay to recover).

I never received points, and only recently have the sailings dropped off my list of past cruises.

OP - you don't need to do anything.

Several of my non Covid cancelled cruises are showing on the past cruise section.   The reservation number is there and ( of course) no points.  I have 4 cancelled cruise reservations showing up from last March 2022 through January 2023

Nothing. When that happened to me the cruises (there were two) showed 0 points and eventually disappeared.

I still have my Covid-doomed Voyager Baltic cruise from last summer in my past cruises, and where the 24 points would be it has the reservation number.  I think it is there just to torture me.

On the other hand, when I originally signed up for C&A, it put 3 cruises in my past cruises from up to 8 years before I started cruising.  I have a very common name so thanks to Royal's wonderful IT I ended up with 21 points as a sign-on bonus.  Just don't ask me how my 2 Empress and 1 Enchantment cruises were back in the 90's.

I had a cruise many years ago that I never made final payment on. Got distracted with life. Gave myself a hand slap and mourned my deposit. I didn’t cruise again until after they converted the point system. It is listed with points but have no way to tell if they issued by C&A. Oh well.
