Better to wear nice shorts compared to wearing a Tux and hat inside

Well I won a move up bid so I won’t be in Blu.  I like it but here’s hoping we like Luminae.

Side question to this.  If you go to a specialty restaurant on embarkation  day evening, could a man wear shorts?  What if your luggage isn't delivered to your room prior to your reservation?

 

Had this happen once on Princess, and no problem.

For the MDR they will let a man in with shorts on embarkation day evening. I can't answer about specialty restaurants as I have never done one on embarkation day but my guess would be yes. That is only a guess though.

We just got off the Apex last Saturday.  This sign was posted outside of Blu.  We did not see anyone attempting to enter Blu with shorts on at dinner.  We did witness at breakfast a woman and man with baseball caps on and the hostess went over to their table and asked them to remove them.
