I haven't seen it...I drink it a lot at home..I've gone with club soda or diet sprite as a sub.  

 

Or just have my Hendricks on the rocks.  🙂

Yes they do.  Available in all bars, except maybe WCB.  I'm not there to drink tonic, so no great loss.  Just off Equinox in January.

It was available at the casino bar on Equinox during my February 27, 2023 cruise.

I am assuming the OP is referring to diet tonic water and not diet soda - I have had mixed luck with finding a bar with diet tonic water for my Tangueray and Tonic!  Trying to find a decent substitute for my diabetic husband -

I’ve used Sprite Zero which has been readily available onboard.Less sugar which is a good thing.

Diet ginger beer?  Never seen it or often regular ginger beer except Australia cruises.

Diet Tonic- hit and usually a miss.  No difference in recent years.  Again cruises in Europe seem more likely to have it than Alaska or Caribbean.

Pretty much all the bars have a Rum Mule on the menu which has ginger beer as an ingredient.

Diet tonic water- yes.  But no diet ginger ale.
