Water bottle filling station

We were just on Discovery Princess in October 2023.  There was a water bottle filling station in the buffet area.  I was wondering if they have added a water bottle filling station on other Princess ships.  If they have a water bottle filling station on Ruby Princess for our next cruise, we may order less bottled water for our cruise.

Not sure if they have retrofitted all of the ships, but I guarantee that there will never be another ship built from here on out that does NOT have them.

As an observation, the water bottle filling station(s) are sometimes down for maintenance. You might still need a backup if drinking tap water is not an option for you.

I do not believe the water in the filling station will be any different than the tap water.  The ship only has one source of water.

Your cabin water is the same water as the filling station. It is also just a pure and drinkable as any bottled water. Your cabin steward can and probably does supply ice every day

I thought I had read at one time that the water station in the buffet has the water go through an extra filter. I do notice that there is not the "taste" that the stateroom water (more "chlorine-y") has. We always use a glass to fill our water bottles!

We were on the Caribbean P about a month ago.  I'm pretty sure that I saw one in the buffet area.  It stuck in my mind because I had not recalled ever seeing one before on other ships.

Discovery Princess has ‘ Flow water’ filling station that I didn’t see it on Majestic Princess this past May.  ‘Flow water’ sells paper carton packaged water that you can purchase at supermarket. 
Ruby may get it during dry dock.

I have only seen the water station which is like the ones we see in airports on the Discovery not on any other ship
