Explorer Concierge pre-cruise Contact

Of course it happens on all RCI ships. We were just on Explorer Feb 23rd in an OS and the concierge emailed us a week before departure.

Yes, typically they are sent out during the week just prior to your cruise.  As they are busy taking care of the current week's guests, these emails are sent when convenient during that week in preparation for your arrival the following week.  However, as mentioned, they are busy with their current guest so individual responses to certain requests may not be addressed in a timely manner, but will certainly be noted in preparation for your arrival.
