We went for bananas Forster 

And all the table got a chef special, the grand Manier soufflé. 

 

 

It was very good and service is very nice 👌🏻

A very good morning from Mykonos! 

The sun is up and it looks beautiful today😎

We are cleared for tender service. We have Regent her and another ship on the way as visitors today. 

So a busy day ahead on the island.

We had breakfast in MDR. 

I was doing some work during early hours😎🇬🇷⚓️ Not a bad “home office” 

 

It was no line to tenders…. They where frequently asking if you want to go ashore, now it’s a very good time💙😎⚓️

We left just before 10 and the crew was almost hunting guests for tenders🤔😂👌🏻 (it got to be a first time for this😜) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mykonos is really showing off today. 

No winds, good temperatures and just everything you want💙🇬🇷⚓️

We arrived just before the crowd. 

MSC Lirica and Regent seven seas is in town also. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We had a walk to the windmills🇬🇷💙🇬🇷

And city centre. 

We had some coffee and water in Little Venice.

We walked straight onto a tender back to the ship around 15.00.

I have to agree. We were there in 2018 and those photos look to me like it was just yesterday.

We love this port..esp on a non crowded day!  The blues of sea and sky are perfect.!  We loved going through the alleys with shops..meeting lovely people..great food and wine!

Today’s shore excursion

So, bring a newspaper or a book to the shore excursion meeting😂

I know why it takes time to unload the ship in Santorini. 
Unfortunately some Spanish speaking passengers didn’t follow the tender and group protocol… So it really made a little hiccup for the crew and the rest of us🤪🤪🤪

 

But back to a great day😎

 

Everyone has to love Santorini💙🇬🇷💙

 

We had booked Pyrgos Village. 
I booked it during Black Friday weekend and it was a really good discount. 
The tour description said Pyrgos Village and ticket to the cable car one way. 
 

So we were pleasantly surprised when the tour guide said we are stopping by the winery after Pyrgos. 
 

The walk in Pyrgos is uphill/stairs. Think Mykonos streets and uphill😅
It’s the highest village on Santorini🇬🇷💙🇬🇷

From Pyrgos Village it went onward to the Winery. 
 

The view from the winery is very pleasant😎🇬🇷💙🇬🇷

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Its a 3-glass tasting 

1-white dry

1-red dry

1-red dessert (think port) 

 

It’s a Greek 🇬🇷 Meze with cheese, olives, bread, turkey, tomato tapenade and olive rice.
