Shareholder OBC applied onboard

Recommended Posts

You have to go through the app Stock Perks and not directly through Carnival so im not sure if Guest Services could do it for you.

A close in date they are apt to be able to apply it within a couple days. I'd apply and screen shot it as proof if you are leaving in the next couple of days. Show it maybe at guest services if it isnt applied in a couple of days. But I wouldnt wait.

In addition to the fact that you have to go through StockPerks, the shareholder page specifically states that you need to apply for your OBC at least 3 weeks before your cruise.

I have left it a bit late to apply for Shareholder OBC - has anyone had success asking for it to be applied at guest services once you are onboard ?

I did this exact thing on my summer 2023 cruise on Venezia.  It took several trips to Guest Services,  but on debarkation morning, I received a call from GS stating the credit had been applied to my account.

The process has changed since then.  Stockperks is the only option

When can we apply for stockholder benefits for a 2025 cruise?  Now?  TIA!

It used to be that you would apply around 3 months before your cruise.

We did it at the beginning of June for a New Years cruise. Not sure if there is a maximum time before the cruise to apply. Once you establish the Stockperks account and prove your CCL shares, that proof is good for a year, and you don't have to resubmit the statement for any additional cruises within that year. Perhaps the year also applies to how early you can apply, but I don't know for certain. You could always reach out to them and ask. Try hello@stockperks.com. Good luck.

It usually doesn't take stockperks long - especially after you apply the first time.

Please note that onboard credits cannot be processed onboard your cruise. Please ensure all shareholder benefit claims are submitted at least three weeks before departure through Stockperks.

Please some one explain how stock perks works?

Carnival Corporation & plc has engaged Stockperks to implement a more automated and streamlined process for the processing of shareholder benefits. Simply:

  • Download the app via the links below, or search for “Stockperks” in your app store
  • Once downloaded, create a Stockperks user profile
  • Then search for “Carnival” in the app, and select the cruise line you are traveling with
  • Click the blue button “Validate your portfolio” and you will be guided through the process of providing your CCL ownership details
  • Once confirmed you can then submit a claim for each eligible booking

Please note that onboard credits cannot be processed onboard your cruise. Please ensure all shareholder benefit claims are submitted at least three weeks before departure through Stockperks.

Will CCL allow the OBC on casino cruises.

I have on previous cruises - it appears on your account and is taken off your expenses.  My only expenses were a few drinks and casino spend.

Starting this year, it depends.  The $200 fares with $200 OBC casino offers, no.

If you don't have to resubmit the statement, how do you request OBC?
