LIVE: 🇧🇲 Visions of Pink Sands 8/31 - 9/5 🇧🇲

Recommended Posts

Here was Our spot for the day.

It was a bit of a trek but well worth it.  Water was amazing.  Not too warm or cold.  Refreshing but still warm enough to not be shocked.  Air Temps were mid 80s.  Clear and Sunny all day.

mini bus transfer was $7/person each way. So $28 round trip.  Have exact change if possible.  I know there are 1 and 2 day passes that are probably cheaper but I never made it that far.  Just wanted on the first bus. 😃☀️🏖️

Horseshoe Bay Beach

Loungers are inflatable.  There were normal ones too. I think there might be a cost for umbrella/chairs.  We walked past that line.

These inflatable loungers do not look comfortable at all to me.🤔

Was Horseshoe Bay not that crowded today?

Id say it was pretty crowded with both us and Carnival Venezia in port.  We walked down pretty far to get to a more secluded beach.  Probably only 10-15 people total on our beach today.

They don’t look comfortable to me either. I would also have a very hard time getting out of them!

This was the trail down to our beach.  Just a bit of rock crawling.

Good thing that’s not the only way to get to the beach! I’d never get there and if I did, I’d never get back off the beach. The sad thing is that a much younger me would have thought that trail was fun.

Beautiful beach photos. Really makes me want to make the trek across the pond to visit .

Sooooo jealous

Vision is also looking in great shape for an older ship 🚢 👌

Just so you know, it is 46° this morning, and the sun isn’t up back here.  You picked a good time to go.

Yikes!  Funny thing is I am actually more of a cold weather kinda guy.  If I was home I’d probably be digging that after that hot spell last week.
