Hi Rick !

I have the Celebrity Today in front of me, so I thought I would save time, and work for Lois. Here is the list :

Captain : Panagiotis Skylogiannis

Staff Captain : Emmanoulle Alevropoulos

Chief Engineer : Evangelos Sallaris

Hotel Director : Simon Weir

Cruise Director : Nick Weir

Food & Beverage Manager : Robert Flack

When we were on the Quest in Dec., our Capt Alevropoulos...said he was working with the development of the Solstice, and that he has Captained several new ships for their first few months. HE is VERY friendly, willing to talk about any ship subject...AND VERY young (38) and extremely handsome (his nickname on our cruise was Capt. Handsome)

Hi C2C,

Great job on the "Who's Where Chart", I love this thread. You had asked for some input on what other positions should be included on the chart. I'd like to see Food and Beverage Manager, Specialty Restaurant Manager and Chief Housekeeper added. Not asking for too much, eh ??? On past cruises we've met some wonderful people who held those positions. It would be so nice to see where they are. :)

Arno, George is the Restaurant Manager on CENTURY.

I found out Fabio will be opening Solstice (Main Dining Room)

(He is short, from Italy, bald and quite cute too;) )

Mellavoy is now Restaurant Manager on Mercury (he used

to sail Zenith) and Jeff Potts is CD aboard Mercury right now.

Hello C2C,

Century's restaurant manager's name is George Simoes. The Chief Housekeeper on Infinity was Vasilis Hatzopoulos when we were on in Sept. 07. Don't know if that has changed now.

Hi Lois !

I havent seen George in quite some time, as I believe he was on Galaxy for a while. It's nice to see George is back on Century. He is a great Restaurant Manager. I hope to see him again on a future sailing.

I remember Mellavoy from past Cruises on Century and Constellation. He always came over to say hello, and was very personable. I have a feeling his name is spelled differently.

I was wondering where Cem was. We sailed with him late last year on Azamara Quest, and Cem is outstanding too. I hope he is enjoying Century.

When we were on the Millenium in June 6th Lorenzo was the food and beverage manager, Anna was the Capains club hostess and Leone was the hotel director. Sorry don't have any last names
