Rack of lamb

Count us in for the Rack of lamb and/or lamb chops!

Can you tell us what you mean by "lamb chops"? I know what "Rack" of lamb is and we also buy Lamb loin chops which look like miniature "T-Bone" steaks. Costco always sells both of them.

this is what I call a lamb chop

Pictured are first cut lamb chops and the ones with what looks like a T bone are what I have always been told are second cut. The main difference is tenderness and many dollars.

Sorry the only kind I have had look like those in the photo

 

As long as they taste good I could care less what they call them :)

Now THAT's a lamb chop (but I'd usually call it a cutlet, to differentiate from a loin chop). Although almost all of the fat has been cut off - it wouldnt be in this house.
