  1. In Dubrovnik, we took the ship shuttle, and then walked the walls of the town on our own. There was a little window to purchase a ticket inside. Great views!
  2. You leave SF on the 2nd. Do you arrive in Rome on Oct 3rd? Do you have transportation from the Rome Airport to the cruise port in Civitavecchia? It is about an 1 hour 20 minutes And I second what broker1217 said.
  3. Highly recommend taking a screen shot of your results just in case the internet is not cooperative as you check in.
  4. Oh, no! I am sorry to hear that. 😞 I am glad you got to stay in your cabin.
  5. Thank you. I appreciate your observations and information. We’ll be onboard 10/3.
  6. Congratulations on your retirement, Julie. Happy anniversary and bon voyage to both of you! Have a great sailing. We enjoyed a walking food tour and plenty of gelato this past June in Rome. Looking forward to your live blog as we wait to board our next cruise. Getting prepared by getting a booster and flu shot today.
  7. @capsplace Hopefully this will help, @Wanderlust2123
  8. We have booked him for October 21st off of the Summit. He has been very responsive. I will be sure to share our experience since there aren’t a lot of current tour reviews for Grenada.
  9. Safe travels home. Thank you for all of your travel stories, helpful information, and photos. We can’t wait to board October 3rd.
  10. When I’ve booked directly online with the airlines (most recently American and Air Canada), I can see what seats are available at that moment. On American, it’s “View Seats” Are you booking with Flights by Celebrity?
  11. Thank you! I’ve shared this with my Roll Call.
  12. The same here. The first time, the hotel concierge advised us that a protest would be taking place nearby and called for an earlier taxi.
  13. Here is what I understand and I'm prepared for as a fully vaccinated cruiser on the B2B: 1. ArriveCan completed before boarding October 3rd. 2. Proctored testing Saturday or Sunday before boarding on Monday October 3rd. We have some of the BinaxNow proctored tests left over from June and, if necessary, there is a testing site not far from our hotel. 3. Bermuda Travel Authorization to be filled out and a fee of $40 pp to be paid up to 30 days before 10/17. Closer to 30 days is recommended. 4. Testing Thursday 10/13 or Friday 10/14 prior to Saturday 10/15 sailing. *While I would expect Celebrity to provide this required testing, we do have BinaxNow Proctored that we can bring. That's all I know as of tonight, 8/22. Tomorrow, who knows?
  14. I highly recommend taking a screenshot of your results and have that on your phone. This is a good backup just in case the internet is not cooperating as you check in.
  15. Any recent experiences with Cosol or Joys Adventures? Trying to decide for an October cruise. Thanks, Jeanne
  16. We took Italy Tours' Best of Tuscany Tour in late May while on the Azamara Quest. We were quite pleased. Diego was a great driver/guide and we had plenty of time to explore. https://www.italytours.eu/shore-excursions/livorno-shore-excursi/tuscan-shore-excursion/
  17. I do have a reply back from him. Be sure to check the spam folder! I did ask about fall colors and a possible hike. If you don’t mind me asking, what are you planning?
  18. Yay! Looking forward to another Summit live blog. We board in October. Here’s to a successful B3B. 🥂
  19. I'm interested as well, so I will be following. We don't plan on renting a car.
  20. We used Lab Doctor in February. $49. Not sure where you are staying in Fort Lauderdale, but we walked to it from the Hilton Marina.
  21. Thank you! I have thoroughly enjoyed your fabulous and fun review. We were onboard the Beyond in early June and sailed out of Barcelona. We loved the ship and the staff and would love to sail on her again.
  22. We used Lab Doctor in February and I was going to recommend it, but it would be a two mile walk. They are open 7 days a week.
