  3. I think Carnival has raised prices on everything other than perhaps the $100 casino rates. Overdue for those to increase as well.
  4. Not available for your cruise yet. When it show ups it will be under the departure port. I think it showed up about 6 months before our cruise and doesn't sell out immediately.
  5. Change happens. It isn't the guest's fault. If your cruise begins today and the ship isn't there, do you assume just another cutback or do you bother to ask someone?
  6. We never are so lucky. I'd love a free cruise even if it included some primitive camping.

  10. Pictures are a revenue source. Stupid pins et al are an unnecessary expense. Delivery is a bigger waste of money.

  14. It is true that many people have forgotten about personal hygiene and gone back to their dirty ways. On my Antarctica cruise the Captain had to given daily lectures over the PA and there was still lots of noro, covid, and God know what. It took about two days into the cruise before Lido stopped being self-service. Those who forget the past...
  15. A bi-directional money grab. They tax liquor in transit not destined for the state. Texas doesn't apply the tax (they are careful not to call it a duty) to people relocating to the state. That limit is unlimited.
  16. It won't help on your first cruise, but spend some time in the casino and maybe you'll start getting casino offers from almost free staterooms, free drinks while playing, maybe even free drinks anywhere.
