  1. Belize is a tender port, so there's that. I think about an hour drive each way to the ruins. You might contact private tour operators to see what they can offer - e.g. https://www.kingdavidbelizetours.com/tour/altun-ha-tours-in-belize/
  2. Some cruise lines offer a choice - raw or incinerated.
  3. I think the motive is to keep those with Cheers from falling overboard.
  4. Lots of people get up early, even in Freeport, walk around a little, and then back to the ship by lunch. Sometimes there are short lines.
  5. I wouldn't know about eating that early and who knows what Venezia will be like?
  6. I think that is likely the case, but still not guaranteed like traditional dining.
  7. I can see where it could be easily abused by some.
  8. You (and 1000 other people) can try to be seated but there are no guarantees in the free for all app melee.
  9. There should be a waitlist for Early Dining that you can sign up for and maybe it will clear before the sailing.
  10. If you need general information about accessibility before you cruise, or have an ADA complaint, please call our Guest Access team at 1-800-438-6744 ext.70025, or 1800 072 670 ext. 70025 if calling from Australia. You can also email us at access@carnival.com. Carnival's designated ADA Responsibility Officer is Clarisa Stollenwerck, Vice President, Guest Operations.
  11. I request well done and it is usually perfect. If in a mood for gooey I'll also request a fruit plate to dip in it.
  12. I think all the vloggers are taking clickbait to a whole different level.
  13. Separate rooms could be another issue. Much of this doesn't sound like a situation many people would find themselves in.
  14. The lower the deck and the more midship, the less motion. Whether or not there is any spray depends on seas, wind, etc. We had the first cove all the way forward and not a drop. And there are beach towels in the room you can use to cover the chairs if you need to.
  15. One thought is - Are the cards people have trouble with purchased for full price or at a discount from a third party? Hmmm...
  16. Prices vary. Some take credit cards - touch and go. Or look for a McDonalds's.
  17. Where it is under the Carnival Corp umbrella is debatable, as the named director of CCL Gifts, LLC is a corporate officer for Carnival Corp. Plus a lawyer. Plus lives in London? But primarily Carnival Cruise Line. It is all so confusing.
  18. Not once, as in never, have I ever cheated cruise staff, seen and unseen, out of well deserved gratuities. In fact, I almost always tip extra. I am no cheapskate.
  19. Many cruisers won't spend a dime on food that isn't included or comped. There is no reason to given the variety of included, tasty food. Carnival has ships with and without specialty dining for those who want. Choice is good.
  20. Perhaps not, but some certainly don't mind running Carnival's business. Straight into the ground.
