  1. I've done that Odyssey 8 day to the Southern Caribbean. I'd take that one over a 6 day to Nassau any day. Odyssey is a fabulous ship. There are tonnes of things to do on Odyssey. The entertainment is excellent. The ship didn't feel crowded and the dining options are just as good on Odyssey as they will be on Symphony.
  2. I would say that that is so on the majority of ships I have been on but the last two times on navigator there was a pretty good sized group that were in the spirit of things for 70's night. Navigator out of LA seems to attract a bit of crowd who do it up for 70's and 80's nights.
  3. I haven't done the 7 day on navigator but have a done the 4 day a few time now... There was a 70's and 80's night on them. I'd expect the same on a 7 nighter.
  4. When we celebrated our anniversary we were at the Hibachi and we got a slice of cake with a candle in it.
  5. I second @Ourusualbeach's lamb... I wasn't a fan until I tried it at Jamies. The lasagna is phenomenal and DW loves their salmon. It is her go to dish at Jamies.
  6. It's far from a done deal... It appears to be based on capacity of the lounge and the number of D's. There is a live going right now that shows diamonds with full access to the lounge. My suspicion is they are going to handle it like they have done with Pins in CK and the suite lounge. If capacity is challenged because of the number they'll implement the restriction.
  7. There is it is... thank you. The different look threw me.
  8. It looks like you can no longer select a sailing that is not yours. When you go to the end where you would click it "select sailing" it only brings up your bookings and there is no opportunity to "browse our ships"
  9. My OBC from my TA is showing up pre-cruise now and available in the cruise planner. I just booked this this week.
  10. I never check out towels. I just go to the pool deck early before breakfast and take a couple that were left on lounger by the pool. Way more convenient and you don't have to worry about being charged for not returning them.
  11. That’s my plan. If my wife dies, I’m gonna hang around the diamond lounge looking for widows wearing pinnacle pins.
  12. I don't think Ovation always stays longer... At least it didn't when we were on her in 2022. We had an evening arrival that last about four hours right over dinner time. We have been to Victoria so many times we didn't get off the ship.
  13. I'd love that too but that would be a first. How long has it been since Royal had a ship out of SF
  14. I just crossed every digit I have hoping for Ovation landing in LA 🙂
  15. So I'm preparing for the release of the 25/26 Itineraries by looking at late 2024 itineraries that are already released, assuming they will be similar. I've already got 2024 booked up and no more room to book anymore... Of course as I'm looking I get jonesing just to book another one. So I've ended up turning my Icon Nov 30th in a S2S with Oasis on Dec 8th. I think I need therapy.
  16. My last cruise on Oasis out of Miami I arrived at the terminal 10:40 and was sitting in Playmakers, according my photo stream, at 10:56. It's been a year and half since I was cruising out of FLL so my info there wasn't accurate. There were still covid protocols in place so that changed things if I remember correctly.
