No they would only credit you back to OBC not to the original form of payment. Anything credited onboard will always show up as OBC. I'm not sure what would happen if you called in now before boarding. You can cash out in the casino without playing anything and without paying fee. Just do it at a machine

I've had two loungers and two chairs on other ships when I had aft balconies. On Odyssey all we had was the same as what you have in your picture. I've heard you can ask and your steward will arrange something extra like a lounger but I have never tried to ask. This was our aft balcony on Odyssey.

This isn't true... I regularly print from my phone. However, I understand that many people are not familiar with how to set things up so that this is easily done. It is especially easy with an iPhone.

This is really where the problem lies. I had an incident at Cococay when we were there back in March. After returning with my drink order I had the server tell me I couldn't use my diamond drinks on the island and she had to charge me. Of course I know this is non-sense and told her so. She proceeded to argue with me explaining some big convoluted story about different ships being in port at the same time... I was annoyed so I snapped back a little but felt bad about it afterwards. It wasn't her fault. It was the fault of whoever should have trained her and whoever her immediate supervisor was. Something as simple as that would never have been an issue if she had been given sufficient training. The CSR's lack of knowledge is probably Royal's biggest weakness.

On the CP150 menu is a dish called Roasted Tenderloin of Beef for two... DW isn't much for beef. She prefers chicken or fish. Does anyone know if it is possible to get it as Roasted Tenderloin of Beef for one? I know I could just ask when onboard but I'd like to prebook this one in advance if possible and not have to pay the onboard price.
