  1. I book specialty lunch on embarkation day on every cruise. I'm sure its just a glitch on your cruise. Check every restaurant that offer a lunch. There is usually only one open.
  2. The difference is the price... Go with 1 person, 3 devices.
  3. You do not have to buy anything for any child under 21 years old.
  4. DW does this on every single cruise but she does it in the reverse order you are planning. We book and eat lunch at whatever specialty restaurant that is open on embarkation day and then she plans a massage at 2:45. The timing works perfectly. She is wrapped up with the massage and able to shower and change in time for sail-away. Dinner follows shortly thereafter. The admonitions to not over plan are good but this isn't to much if done the way DW has done many times. Enjoy your cruise.
  5. Correct We did that on Odyssey last year.
  6. Nice, thanks for sharing that. I hope he sticks with the game, he seems to be a real talent. 'd be remiss though if I didn't give some accolades to the big forward who offloaded in the tackle to set up Owen's try. That was pretty good awareness on his part.
  7. I've done this twice and it has worked both times... Weird glitch.
  8. I just checked the menu for my Navigator cruise in August and it is still showing the old prices.
  9. Thanks for doing this. I'll be looking forward to your next installment. 😉
  10. Does adding a passenger trigger a reprice or is there just an addition of an extra passenger and the fares for the other passengers stay the same?
  11. So is the consensus that all we'll see out of Southhampton is Independence? Where is Odyssey going after April 2025?
  12. Thanks Ken, I don't book a lot suites but when I do I'll be glad there is at least a little flexibility.
  13. I'm glad. I could have personalized more but I don't know your first name. I understand the desire for privacy in your field though. Hopefully we get to cruise together some time.
  14. I've got the same price for our Nov 30th Icon cruise. That is horrific!
  15. The times for the Flowrider will be different on each ship and itinerary but they tend to be early in the day.
  16. Liberty has the best slide in the fleet. The one the call the Tidal Wave is a hoot!
  17. Liberty is the ship that had me fall in love with cruising. She is a great ship and doesn't feel crowded even when sailing at full capacity.
  18. Yes, iMessage only works when everyone has internet access.
  19. I would go into any Alaskan cruise with the expectation that it will be cool and drizzly. If it is better that's a bonus but expect poor weather. Alaska is spectacular regardless of the weather.
  20. Order Voom for everyone and you can text with your kids all over the ship. DW and I do this as we are often separated doing different things. It works pretty well except for the odd internet outage. If you have iPhones iMessage works pretty seamlessly if you have without any extra effort. If you are using Android phones you need wifi calling activated. You probably want to do that anyways since if you have paid for voom then you'll want to make a call or two with it.
  21. We were able to go to the restaurant and book Chops for night 2 and Jaimies for night 5. I've never tried to to book two restaurants that didn't include at least one stop at Chops. EDIT: This was on Ovation.
