    I was told a few weeks ago (by a RC rep) that if I cancelled I’d lose the entire deposit, but if I booked a new sailing, I’d lose the $100 pp and could apply the remaining $300 to the new booking. This was for a balcony - not a suite. Is this no longer the case?

    Was it a JS or full suite. I’ve never been able to get a reduced deposit on a suite at NC. I never really cared anyway. Pay me now or pay me later…

    Last time I booked ahead and used the BOGO, I booked Giovanni’s for just myself on night 1 and Chops on night two for my wife. Giovanni’s cancelled and charged onboard price and Chops did not. So it may even vary on the same ship.

    In my experience, all buses leave at one early time and flights can’t be booked before 2 pm. YMMV.

    I found the casino on Adventure to be not too bad smokewise if you stay between the bar and entrance to Schooner Bar. Pretty bad if you go deeper in.

    I’ve been on it 3 times within the last year. It’s a nice ship and just my size for a comfortable cruise. The only thing I don’t like is the balconies that have steel walls instead of glass which make me feel confined and claustrophobic. Tornado Tonya is a good CD and the orchestra is great.

    I don’t believe that the All Access Tour was ever offered to suite guests for free. I’ve only seen a bridge tour or behind the scenes theater tour offered. Maybe galley tour but I haven't seen it. Any time I’ve seen these offers, it was just on an invitation card placed in your cabin and not listed anywhere prior as a regular perk.

    Since the restart, I’ve done a suite X3 on Liberty, X2 on Indy, X2 on Adventure and X2 on Harmony and it was not offered on any of those. Glad to hear some still offer it. On Harmony they did offer a talk with the entertainment staff in the auditorium.

    Yes. I was referring to free suite pax tours based on my own experience.

    They discontinued the bridge tour during Covid and conveniently (for them) never reinstated it. Just another Royal enhancement.

    MTD used to be smooth as silk. What have they done to screw it up so bad? Mix traditional dining in with it? Why does it have to start so late now?

    Sadly, I believe your review could apply to just about any Royal ship currently - not just Oasis.

    Seems like lately, Pinns eat breakfast in Chops and suites in Giovanni’s.
