    I like the coffee with the gold foil cap in the pic above. I usually run through the same pod twice in a large cup and it’s pretty good and not so strong. A great improvement over the old Motel 6 special one cup drip/spill all over the counter model they used to provide.

    If you’ve ever used one of those portable air compressors to put air in your tires - that’s what it sounds like.. 🙂

    Obviously, no one on here knows for sure and just wants to argue with you. I’d recommend just waiting and ask at guest services when you get on the ship.

    As others have opined, it’s ok but nothing better or different than a neighborhood teppan table. If you don’t mind spending $60 for a $20 meal, go for it.

    Seems like the Royal Up bid parameters are sky high nowadays (like everything else).

    Sometimes pouring about a gallon of water down the floor drain will fix the sewer odor problem.

    Basic breakfast, but at least it’s custom made to order and hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes like the MDR. Much more pleasant atmosphere.

    Royals new motto. Ask for the moon. You can always come down if not enough suckers bite. I guess we’ll see if there’s an over abundance of suckers out there.

    I applied $250 obc from my card online a week or so ago and it showed up in a couple of days.

    I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve squeezed that off like everything else they’re diluting.

    On the upcoming dry docks, I expect to see them installing cafeteria lines in the MDR like in elementary schools. Grab your tray, silverware and a carton of white milk and the friendly server will slop your meal on a plate. OR, you can opt for one of our specialty restaurants at a minimal (not) upcharge…

    Did you check to see what’s above you? You might get noise or you might not based on your location.

    That’s what I was referring to. The omelet station in the Solarium on the Allure.

    The omelet station is not real visible. It’s at the end (starboard side) of the buffet line.

    I remember several years back, the pizza was pretty blah like it is now. Then around 2018, they changed the recipe and it was really good. I guess after the restart they went back to the old crap recipe.

    You should receive a new invoice email when the obc is added. Also, in the cruise planner, under my Royal cruise, click on the down arrow and it will show your obc amount.

    Less quality. Less quantity. No more duck or lamb chops. Watered down ingredients.

    I was just on Allure for the president’s cruise and didn’t find anything at all bad or wrong with the ship itself. Of course, it’d been spit shined due to the CEO coming onboard. No complaints at all about the ship, just the cheapening aspect overall by Royal fleetwide.

    On the President’s cruise, Bayley made the comment that Royal spends about a quarter billion dollars a year on food. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but should have known this was a hint on something that is heavy on their minds and a serious target for the number crunchers.
