  1. Yes. You have to either walk or take a shuttle to the LAXIT lot . Only Black Service is permitted to pickup curbside at the terminals. Once there one lane is setup for Uber and One for Lyft
  2. Really curious what our 4/15 cruise will be like. It's on the edge of Spring Break and only 7 days - This ship is almost completely sold out so expecting lots of kids.
  3. Celebrity usually does their updates on weekend but shouldn't take their website down. Often when they update the mess the system up. I just checked and I have full access to Celebrity Website.
  4. Really wouldn't worry about it. Even when I fill it in they ask me the same questions at check in.
  5. I haven't done it but many say you can ask the concierge to do this for you. Often they give you enough free minutes and you do it yourself.
  6. Unfortunately Celebrity doesn't offer offer my the minute. They do offer a 1 continuous hour and a 1 continuous 24 hour. If a CC elite or above you get free minutes that can be used ad hoc.
  7. I think you are correct. When on Silhouette last time for a B3B never heard a word from the concierge and we were in a RS. Really doesn't matter as it's easy enough to just let the butler and room attendant know the few items we need.
  8. I guess I'm special! I know the Concierge for Apex really well. She called last week and we ended up chatting for 20 minutes. We are traveling in a CS and that call was the third call for the third cruise we will be on.
  9. I also use the 50GB plan. My phone has 512 GB but when apple syncs to iCloud it only keeps a thumbnail of older pictures and will bring back the original if you view it or send as an attachment. With iCloud enabled I'm only using 2.94 GB space on my phone for photos --- and I shoot tons of photos in Live Quality. I just loaded a bunch of Audio Books and using a huge 77GB for my books, but delete them as I finish reading.

  11. Sounds like a problem with the scaling you are using for your printer. Check and make sure you have 8 1/2 x 11 and actual size selected. You also might try via the web site and click link and you should be able to pop up just the boarding pass. \
  12. That would work but depending on your statement - I usually just submit one page that shows the shares as well as name and account number (which I redact). If all information isn't on the pages with the shares I just create a pdf of 1st page and page with shares. Never had a problem. BTW I recently used the web portal page and entered 6 cruises out through 2024 and received OBC's for all 11 cruises with one submission.
  13. While I can't confirm as I haven't sailed a B2B out of Australia, I have read that for B2B's they have been sending self tests to your room and you do a self test. Some have said they didn't get the self test and were never asked for results either - maybe a break down in their system. Maybe others who have don't it recently can chime in.
  14. I agree that most of the promotion has remained the same. I just noticed that there have been some small but potentially important differences. The booking I made in April had a 1 year expiration date to book a future cruise while the one I just posted is only 90 days. From what I have read is their may be a different expiration date offered on the ship as opposed to what is in the booklet. I'll let you know next week.
  15. Definitely will visit a couple times. Out third cruise to British Isles we will celebrate both Iain's Birthday and My BIL's. I have reservations for the BIL's but haven't booked for Iain's Birthday yet.
  16. I had a situation like you that there were cabins available but only Guarantee - I checked with my Agent and was told that the Guarantees were S2 and the room available were S1. Still not sure why not available to book. I did book and got assigned a S1 so called my agent and he was able to change my room to a S1 that was available.
  17. If you set on automatic it should automatically update the time zone when you arrive. That is of course if you have an international roaming plan. I use T-Mobile so get free international browsing in most countries. From many years of traveling, I have a habit of changing my phone and watch to arrival time before take off and try to begin living destination time before I arrive.

  20. It would really be helpful to the community if everyone that sailed Beyond would report their cabin # on Beyond and report any noise problem - or quiet cabins. This will be a really helpful resource.
  21. Ken - Generally the way they instructed those being tested during covid is that you don't count the day the ship departs and count back the number of days required pre-boarding. So if you have a departure on a Saturday and requirement of 1 day prior to cruise - anytime after 12:01 AM Friday is acceptable.

It may be that we are Zenith but they have a stored profile for us and when I get a call from the Concierge she just reads down what I usually request and ask if there's anything else - We really aren't high maintenance and usually always have the same requests. 2 Isotonic pillows Switch bubbly to Chardonnay Extension Cord Depending on our room type - if in a CS or above we usually have breakfast in our room daily and order by the hang tag. About the only other thing is we send laundry about every other day (since we get free laundry and dry cleaning). Usually when I first meet the Butler I ask if he can get out Dinner Jackets pressed before the first Chic night.
