  1. They do have casting built in but not easy to use. When you go into casting it is built around android to start with and then when you get to the point of wanting to cast you pull up a list of about 12 TV"s (0ther Cabins) and they all have the same name. I was able to find mine by trial and error. Once connected it was really laggy and pixelated much of the time. When you get to the source you will see a choice for casting/mirroring.
  2. We did when cruising started up as we didn't want to be on group tours. We had a great time. Very professionally done.
  3. Looking at Windy there have been heavy winds and 3 meter waves Kooks like moving slowly north
  4. When's you cruise and which ship. I just checked Solstice for 12/3 and 12/11 cruises and they have both the hours and the menus in the app. They may be updating your cruise. Usually more than 2 -3 weeks out the app just has place holders.
  5. My experience is they start as soon as Thanksgiving and as the cruises progress they keep adding and adding. We were on a B2B that started just before Thanksgiving and ended on Christmas Eve in Buenos Aires. By the time we arrived the ship was at full display with even a train display with a Ginger Bread Village Display outside Ocean View Cafe.
  6. We do it often just as a convenience. We have always purchased the Premium Bar Setup for $120. You select a one liter bottle of Liquor of your choice within the product. They will also bring you mixers of your choice. It is not one a common purchase and our well experienced butler had never heard of it but said he would check for us as I had purchased it. About a 1/2 hour later the Bar Manager showed up with the bottle and mixers we requested. While not the most economic decision if on a package but it is nice to have a drink while getting ready for dinner and maybe a night cap without having to run down to a bar.
  7. To survive until Al Bacio opens up they do have coffee (battery acid) available 24 hours a day in the Buffet area. It is best to go to your ship and check the App for a current cruise. I just looked at Beyond and al Bacio opens at 6:00 AM Eden Cafe 8:00 AM II Secondo Bacio 5:30 AM
  8. I've used it numerous time. Just come out of the terminal and turn left you will see many people waiting for their cars. Straight forward and easy to see you car arrive. At times there may be Surge Pricing so check both Lyft and Uber.
  9. Yes.. to be honest I believe it is just a name rebranding. Choice Air is still in use by Azamara and RCL rebranded to Air2Sea. The interface is the same.
  10. Welcome to Celebrity and hope you have a great cruise. On the ABC cruise I would really recommend booking in advance a golf cart with Bonair Cruiser -- Fantastic self drive day of fun and exploration of the island on you own I know you will get good comparisons but thought I would drop that one as it was one of my favorite things on the ABC cruise.
  11. They have them in Luminae on the Chic Nights and are served with the chocolate plate before desert. They also have an Amuse-bouche (not my favorite) mini-macron with blue cheese in-between. Not sure how many there would be.
  12. I've booked with them and they are as reliable as any other Travel Agent. Upside if you book with them you do not have to pay anything until final payment Downside is sometimes long wait times, if you need to make a change after final payment even with a fully refundable fare you are charged $100 pp. Also if you wish to change something on your reservation you have to call them and can't do it direct through airline.
  13. All you have to do is watch this video - shows how to change to different ports using your room remote.
  14. Mine show the same but you should read the details from when you booked. Originally you had to book withing 3 months to get the OBC's but after that you could still use the value for a certain period of time but no OBC then after a certain date they refund to original form of payment. I"m sure 490 years is probably just a placeholder.
  15. It would also be helpful to know which class of ship you are asking about? If S Class Deck 11 Deck 10
  16. Thanks - Great photos and presentation I plan on bookmarking so I can look up various dishes. As often as I've had them so many don't match the menu description.
  17. Iain often asks for a cup of hot water and just either drops in the water or under and thaws out quickly. In Luminae they have it molded and if hard impossible to spread.
  18. Yes. I had 9 future Cruises booked go out as far as April of 2024 (B2B Sydney to HNL and HNL to Vancouver) applied for all at the same time using the Web Submission Form. I received 9 individual emails back with all the OBC's applied. I had always done the same as you but someone in this thread said they applied for all their cruises so I tried also. If you were to sell your shares I doubt they would ever know the difference.
  19. Sounds positive to me. I usually pick up a couple on each cruise - Just one reminder. If you are booked with a TA they will be automatically assigned to your current TA unless you specifically request otherwise.
  20. https://www.thestreet.com/travel/royal-caribbean-makes-passenger-friendly-beverage-package-change Now, the cruise line has found a way to offer passengers a way to check the price and book its various beverage packages on the app. It's not a super-intuitive process, but people are likely to stumble upon it. To access booking drink packages, login to the app, then click on the icon in the upper left-hand part of the page that looks like a boat. That takes you to a page that lets you check on all sorts of onboard activities and at the bottom of that the cruise line has added a banner that says "Beverage Packages." Click on that and you go to a page that shows you the Deluxe Beverage Package and has a tab for non-alcoholic beverage packages. If you want to book a package, click on it and a page showing the price comes up. That gives passengers a very quick way to check prices if they're tracking their options before booking. If you do want to book, there's a "reserve now," button which takes you to a page to verify who you are buying for (Deluxe packages must be purchased for any adults in the room, if you are booking via the app). After selecting the guest(s), you get taken to a page to close the sale. If your credit card is already on file, it does not need to be added in again. Overall, it's a very easy process once you find where to get started on the app.
  21. I haven't seen that yet. When on Summit in September they still had the 4 Oz Filet. I will definitely be live posting. The menus were just loaded to the app but can't seem to find the Kids Menu on the app. Celebrity Site is never known for accuracy but still showing it under Kids Menu https://www.celebritycruises.com/things-to-do-onboard/camp-at-sea/kids-menu
  22. Good to hear I will be on Solstice on 12/3 and 12/11 cruises. We aren't sun bathers so really will not miss having the retreat sun deck.
  23. There are not specific menus to specific ships. Celebrity has a 14 day set of menus that are used on all ships and usually start with day 1 regardless of ship and itinerary. This site has most if not all - https://profcruise.com/celebrity-main-dining-room-menus-2022/
