Exactly. I booked Quebec -> Florida Wednesday to get the room that is better than a mini-suite to me, a solo. I really like that 'not really obstructed' balcony so as soon as @Coral posted and @PacnGoNow got it to me in a format I could open, I sent my CVP an email to get that room with a refundable deposit. I will refare or rebook before the 90 day final payment date ....
Hidden in the report was 7% increase in onboard spending. Assuming that is Plus / Premier pkgs taking hold. 2 lines of revenue: cabin booking + onboard spending
I carried on 2 bottles (750ml) & 1 smaller one (375ml) for my last B2B and visited the collection table for the very 1st time. Told them I was on a B2B and the 3rd bottle was also just wine. They just wanted to make sure it wasn't liquor. No corkage fee charged

I'm disembarking in Yokohama on April 27, 2024. The ship excursion transfers to Haneda are sold out. But it looks like it might be relatively close. I'd rather just take the bus or train. I know I can probably get a cab for less than the A$190 that the ship charges (I've already done the Tokyo tour). Are there guides in Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal who can guide me towards the busses / train to the airport? If my flight is at 4:15pm and I want to spend the morning seeing the city is their luggage storage nearby?
Thank you ahead of time ....
Yeah my 1st purchase was 56. After factoring out SOBC, dividends, and a little day trading back & forth i was in at net 13ish. So sold at loss to get tax benefits. Waited my 30 days (wash period) & got into CUK at 6.50. Just downloaded Schwab into TurboTax and accepted whatever
Nice deduction last year, this year, and maybe next year
CUK hit $12.46 but rumors have it that it is about to post its 1st profit since 2019. I own CUK so that's what I personally follow. Doesn't really matter. Bought at 6.50 on 10/5/22 and already collected more than that in SOBC after selling CCL at a paper loss for tax benefits
(CCL 13.76)
@Ken the cruiser and @Guindalf can you compare the quality / variety of vegan food (I'm ovo lacto vegetarian) and gym on the ships? I forgot to ask about those. Not interested in lines that limit me to spicy or Indian foods when onboard (I once had one of the RCCL ships give me a slab of warmed up tofu so I won't sail that line again)
Last year so who really knows what it's like now .... maybe someone on on the last few months will also respond
My go-to dinner #1 is fruit plate, baked potato, steamed veggies. But then I'm an ovo dairy vegetarian so not as limited
I can't make the flight as booked without a pre-flight hotel stay or uber. So I just ordered Uber again but I'm in the sticks so not as profitable for them. Ive had a panic call b4 when no one was assigned (or showed up).
55 days until flight check in so I've got 10 days to figure this out
Oddly relieved that Delta lied to me this morning but I can see that my flight of choice is still available. Delta agent cannot change it as I book thru ezair
EZAIR just rebooked my 9:05am flight to 7:15am! The earliest I can get into SFO is 6am. So frustrating! Plus the 9:05 Delta flight is still available. Hot email off to CVP.
Thats what happens to me when I have enough obc to cover it. I'm currently waitlisted on Japan excursion so I canceled Brisbane excursion just to keep enough obc to cover it. But, in reality, they just lean obc until embarkation and then charge it
I've heard (no 1st hand experience) that you are notified if you have insufficient OBC ...
Exactly.
Refaring = same booking #, same promotion, same add-ons, lower fare
Rebooking = cancel & rebook so new booking # / promo / fare but lift & shift everything on original booking (excursions, paid specialty dining, EZAIR)
