  1. Given how they say the survey is used they should scrap the 10 point system and go to a 3 point system. Unsatisfactory Satisfactory Excellent.
  2. Ton's of threads on this. Celebrity will give you extra OBC for booking onboard according to the chart below. If the current cruise you are on was booked via a TA they will automatically transfer the new booking to that TA unless you specify otherwise. Usually what I do is have the reservation remain with Celebrity. Then when I get home I send the details to my TA to see what else he can do. You have 30 days from the original booking date to move the reservation to a TA. Even if the reservation is moved or re-priced the Onboard Booking OBC remains (but it may be recalculated for the new category/sailing length).
  3. You can also submit via email to ShareholderBenefit@rccl.com
  4. I've stopped filling out the surveys. It's managements job to monitor and rate their employees. I have many Celebrity sailings under my belt and have to say they have never addressed any general issues for improvements (process, not personal) I have suggested. Any issues I wish to point out I now do the the "Attention to detail". Mostly to point out crew who are making my cruise exceptional.
  5. I used the survey method about a week ago for a sailing in Oct 2024. Received confirmation last Saturday.
  6. The key is really if they are available for booking if you don't select the "Wheelchair Accessible" box when searching. At some point in the booking process they may release these cabins for booking by anyone. If that's the case then I'd have no problem booking one, otherwise no. They very often will assign an accessible Sky Suite when booking a Suite GTY. The alternative would be to call Celebrity and ask if the cabin is available for booking by someone not requiring an accessible cabin.
  7. If your sailing is Europe 2023 or later when the new deck plans go into affect. The prior C1 (aft) categories have been changed to Sunset Concierge Class (S class) or SV (M Class), these old C1 cabins were excluded from 1 Category Upgrade. The new C1 category are just regular Concierge cabins in slightly better locations so are included in the 1 category upgrade program.

  10. If the cabins are available for booking if you don't select the option that you need an accessible cabin then they are being offered to the general public and you should feel free to book. I would never select the option for accessible cabin if I didn't require one.
  11. Sky Suites weren't include in Michaels when the Suite Life concept was first introduced. That really didn't last long, maybe a year. They have been included for at least 5 years now.
  12. OBC bonus for onboard booking Captains Club One Category Upgrade
  13. Waiting game. I think the CC charge is the real early warning.
  14. Glitch. All suites include premium beverage package, premium wifi, gratuities and OBC depending on length of the sailing.
  15. Classic has the basic water in the aluminum bottle with the screw cap. Be careful with the cap they can be sharp. Premium package you can get premium bottled water in glass bottles.
  16. I don't believe they are restricting you to have the "same" package, just that if one has a package all in the stateroom have a package.
  17. Sprite Zero is available on all Celebrity ships. They also have Diet Coke and Coke Zero.
  18. Covered drinks are unlimited during 5-7 cocktail hour (except embarkation day). No check is done by assigned time selected at online checkin No 1 free scoop of Gelato. There are other various discounts which you can find on the Captains Club page.
  19. We definitely noticed significantly smaller portions on Summit in October. Had a Cobb salad in Luminae where the bowl was barely 1/2 full and only about 6 pieces of lettuce.
  20. You might try this company. We have them booked for a transfer from the airport to the port when we arrive in Chile. They were very responsive to questions. I found them referred on this board. https://www.colchaguawinetours.com/
  21. @lvmypug What excursion was this? Destination Highlight: Best of Barbados? My SIL is booked on that in a couple of weeks.
  22. While we like to sail in Sky Suites, on M class ships I'd take the SV over a Sky Suite unless the difference was very small and then only for Retreat and Luminae, not for the room. CS and above ok.
  23. The Sunset Veranda on M class is wonderful. I agree the pricing you paid is very good for this room type given the current fares.
  24. In Luminae as far as I know yes. It shows in how the servers all help each other in that venue.
