Indoors: Churchill Lounge, deck 6 forward. This is the only place where cigar and pipe smoking is allowed. Casino, about half the slots while playing. The remainder of the casino is smoke free including table games and the casino bar. Skywalker's Nightclub may have a smoking section in the evening, possibly also during the daytime. There are a few Island Princess itineraries that are RT US ports which also comply with PVSA regulations. In the OP's question the PVSA regulation considers the voyage as embarking in L.A. and disembarking in Ft. Lauderdale with a port of call in at least one distant foreign port.
