  1. Same thing happened to me when I tried to buy gift cards. BUT, I could make a payment onto my cruise. Took about a week to cycle thru, but I got the rebate. It showed up as a credit on my card.
  2. There usually are good discounts ( upt to 25% or so) on port days, but there is no guarantee. We usually do a massage while in Nassau.
  3. Mine never did go thru. I just ended up making an $850 payment for our 2024 Panama Canal cruise. Went thru no problem.
  4. Mine are exactly the same. I had screen shot them yesterday to compare. Only thing that changed was the "must book by" date.
  5. Us too. We have decided to just stay on the ship this time around on our Feb cruise. Figure the pool/hot tubs will be pretty empty. Maybe book a massage.......
  6. I would like to see a discount on wifi ( like maybe the premium for the price of the mid tier) or a discount on the cheers package.
  7. We get free cabins all the time. Usually OV or balcony. I get DOU everywhere ( cheers) and hubbs gets free drinks while i the casino. BUT, we will each budget $1000 for gambling on a 5 day cruise. So we are just paying for a future cruise that way. We enjoy gambling and enjoy doing so on the ship.
  8. Update. After calls to both Carnival and my bank, I decided to just try and make a payment on my Dec 2024 Panama Canal cruise. It took it without any problem. Will wait to see if the statement credit comes thru.
  9. any one having an issue getting to purchase the gift cards? I have tried 2 different cc and the transaction has been cancelled by Carnival. I know both cc are good. baf
  10. Betting it will be removed/credited or make you come back and pay for the rest of the days... Wonder if a price increase is coming?
  11. It also could be passengers that arrived via air that had Carnival transfers. Those passenegers will be allowed to arrive when the Carnival shuttle arrives, no matter what their embarkation "time" is.

  13. I had this happen last spring. Here in Ga. we have a number to call the Jury Manager. When I called, she never asked for proof, just asked me for a date within 3 months that I would be available. ANd I did receive another summons after the date I gave her. baf
  14. I booked an 8 day out of Tampa, $3200 for an ocean suite. This is for 2 people doing a partial Panama Canal transit over Christmas 2024. It's all about timing- when one books, where one sails to, where one sails out of, the time of the year ( summer is usually higher). Overall, prices are higher, but deals are out there.

  17. Yes I am lucky. I have used her services for years. Even created short trips during covid so she would have some revenue. SHe is very very good.

  19. I believe you are asked cabin number/name to verify its you. Those medallions are small and easily lost.
  20. we are also looking at doing this type of trip. How are you getting from Barcelona to Southampton?
  21. Guess I have a good TA then. I tell her what I want, she finds it ( or close to it) and books it. I pay and she handles everything from that point on. For ex, we had flight problems with a VIking ocean cruise- flights had changed. She called and got everything all fixed that same day.
  22. We cruised early May. The bounce back offer ( nor any other offers I get in emails) have NEVER shown up in my princess account online...
  23. Why did you TA tell you to call. That is their job.....
