  1. $24.99usd per night for one device (can be used on any one device at a time) $44.99usd per night for 4 device (can be shared with whomever you want).
  2. Head to Pigeon Island and enjoy the 2 hikes, beach, SNUBA, ruins, and great meal and drinks at Jambe des Bois. Taxi runs $45usd one way, $10usd entry fee. Pretty sure companies like Serenity Vacations still offer a day trip inclusive of transportation, entry, Sun chair and cooler of drinks. Or a cat tour with Mystic Man - they do a cruise group tour, but they're not the huge hundred people cats Or private rental a cat with Hackshaws - their Lady Anne is set up for small or private group more luxury experience.. The coastal cat tours include stops at the volcano and mud baths, usually Toraille waterfall and maybe botanical gardens or Morne Coubaril for lunch, etc. They're not just sailing trips, FWIW.. If you're wanting a cool day sail on an old wooden sailing yacht, try Jus Sail. They're fantastic.. Bateau Mygo, from the Chateau Mygo family of businesses, does private charters also. Horseback riding with Sandy Hoofs up north is lovely n Segway tour in Rodney Bay is fun and different and interesting.. See if Jasmine's Lucian Food Tour is operating on the day you're in town - excellent, excellent walking tour around greater Rodney Bay area tasting multiple different local food and drinks, all from off the beaten path restaurants that the average tourist wouldn't even know were there Good luck narrowing down your options - loads to explore and enjoy, even on a day stop, and the above barely scratches the surface. Enjoy, happy sails!
  3. Crew Appreciation is per person, whether one person or 5 people in a cabin. That makes no difference to the amount charged as it's a per person charge. So, solo in a cabin is the same amount - per person & as two people in cabin or 4 people, etc. It's $16-18 pp, depending on type of cabin. Per Person.
  4. Precisely. While it does have a basic standard bar set-up - it doesn't stock everything. And my comment was directed more to those who hit up Vines for cocktails or such while not accompanying anyone drinking wine. There's loads of bars around the ship, that specialize in different things - Vines specializes in wine. Coming there, taking up seating and ordering a Cosmo and a Milky Way is somewhat incongruous, given there's a literal martini bar aboard.. Accompanying someone enjoying wine, being there to enjoy the charcuterie, etc - sure, makes complete sense. Going to a wine bar to order a Pina colada - with no other extenuating circumstances? Hmmm.....
  5. You'd go to Guest Services and get your refund applied, which will be as refundable OBC and then reconfirm your bookings at the restaurants.
  6. You do not need to make reservations for Reserve class dining.. that's part of the draw : basically immediate seating upon arrival. Casual dining cannot be reserved in advance and most venues, regardless of ship, do not take reservations - it's casual, not reserved. Walk up when you like, during open hours. Vines is a casual dining venue and wine bar. You can go and enjoy better wines whenever they're open, you don't have to eat to enjoy it (it also has a full service bar, but I never quite understood why one would go to a wine bar for a Pina colada, lol). They do serve food - it's a charcuterie board set up. Crudites, cheese straws, huge serving meat and cheese board and truffles for dessert...
  7. You're going to need to set up a casino account in order to "cash out" to your account, and then actually get your cash at the casino cashier. You can use cash to play - but if you want to claim your winnings - you'll need to set-up your account, thus using the medallion. And if you want any of your okay to be tracked and counted towards any casino offers - you'll absolutely need to set up your casino account via medallion (it's exactly the same as using a key card on other lines or using your players card in land based casinos.
  8. Suites have the option to order from the MDR menu of the day, whenever the MDR is open. Otherwise, it's the same room service menu as everyone else.
  9. The IP says that they currently have an assigned time and woul leave one bag out - but is thinking to do self walk off - as they can handle their roller bags, etc. as in - not leave a bag.
  10. Even with an assigned time and colored luggage tags, you can decide to simply keep all your luggage and do self walk off in the morning with all your bags - as long as you can handle all of them without any assistance. You do not have to go to Guest Services and change luggage tags or anything at all. I suppose it's a courtesy to help them gauge how many walk offs to expect, but you certainly don't have to at all.. Just keep your bags, and walk off during the window in the morning... Voila, easy peasy all done..
  11. Yes to start with, as in you don't have to play against your onboard account, but you'll have to "cash out" via medallion and go to cashier to get your winnings..
  12. Fortunately, they have lifts for those mobility challenged who can't do ladders. Celebrity new builds are also only ladders, FWIW - Edge class.
  13. It's very easy and very self explanatory once at the machine.. Once done, but cash out. It goes to your onboard casino "bank". You can then either then move to a different machine and play those funds or go to cashier and cash out, in cash.
  14. Nope. Similar decor, same menu, same kitchens, same service standard, etc. It's loca8a d slight decor differences.
  15. USD Pricing: https://profcruise.com/princess-bar-menus-and-drink-prices-2024/
  16. Thermal Suite is in the spa area. No pool in it. Just steam/sauna and heated tile loungers it's forward of the Lotus Spa pool (which is open to anyone 18 and up, no charge). I'd strongly suggest checking it out in person before buying a pass. And AFAIK, the free steam and sauna in the locker rooms are still there - no aromatherapy in those, just basic steam/sauna - but they are free, and gender segregated, if that matters to you..
  17. Specialty dining on Sun is running $45-49usd, depending on venue.. plus 18%. OP is solo on Sapphire though.
  18. Nothing has changed from above ports. Tours, sightseeing, etc all available. Enchanted, like all Princess ships (and basically all cruise lines) will be decorated, there will be Christmas type crafts and activities, carolings, cookie decorating, snow in the atrium, Santa visits and gifts for the minors, special Christmas show, formal night, Christmas themed dinner menu, midnight service, and so forth.
  19. That's a wildly inflated value pricing for a solo, given specialty dining on all ships except Sun is $35/39usd + 18%. AUD pricing is higher, given the exchange, etc. Doesn't work out to $142.90 in any currency however.
  20. Not sure how you're getting $142.90 for a solo cruiser for specialty "value". Where is that # coming from? You're options for specialty dining is Sabatini's ($35) or Sterling Steakhouse.($39). not sure whether Premier Cruise Package credits can't be used at Crab Shack or not. Conflicting reports from various sources.
  21. Vines is its own entity, right there on deck 5. Planks and Steamers are "pop-up"s, with they're own decor, signage, menus, etc. Quite large portions of food, go hungry.
  22. You can walk up to Planks and Steamers and wait for a table. Reservations are taken and as they alternate each night, they're recommended but they're not required and usually, there's some walkup space available. And Vines charcuterie is great, really big portions..
  23. Vines, Steamers and Planks. All 3 are Casual Dining venues. I don't understand your thread title at all as CB has 3 options, similar to most ships - and more than the most recent ship in the fleet, lol.. Casual dining venues include Planks, Vines, Kai Sushi (except on Sun), Alfredo's, O'Malleys, Steamers, Vines, Gigi's, Ocean Terrace Seafood, Salty Dog Gastropub.... And different ships have different venues... CB has 3.
  24. Many, many people frequently and erroneously equate the Plus or Premier Cruise Packages with the Plus or Premier Beverage Packages. The Cruise packages includes the corresponding alcohol beverage package for those of age to drink booze on whatever itinerary - 21 out of US. If under 21, it only includes Zero Proof package, ie non-alcoholic beverage package. It's very very likely the OP, and the cruiser in question, made the same assumption, ie bought the Plus Cruise Package and referring to it as a beverage package - as the vast majority do on the various Princess forums. No, Princess did not erroneously sell an alcoholic beverage package to a "minor" as far as legal drinking age. The system doesn't work that way..
