  1. I would and have. Doing 42 nites this Sept/Oct, inc a PC and a Repo though it's on 2 Ships
  2. Was a young Single Father. My Wife passed and I'd still take Kids on Flights and Cruises so I'd Bring ML, BC and Death Certificate. They asked more then once. Now Agents are Trained to watch for Trafficking... My Dad had it worse, had us 3, he remarried had Daughter, New Wife Died but right before happened he Adopted her 2 Daughters. Remarried, 3 Daughters. Lot of Paperwork.. I currently have 37 Nieces and Nephews
  3. Feel for you, lost at least half dozen Cruises from Charters inc messing up multiple B2B's and even a B4B that was in the middle
  4. Thinking same. Carried it myself 2 Decades ago just in case, really would be sad to be left at Port because they never asked for it before...
  5. During CV Booked 24 Cruises, many low as $50 a nite SOLO/Balcony, all but 6 were Canceled. Been doing 4-8 Cruises of 10+ nites last 21 yrs, 4-8 a yr last 13 all on Radiance Class so have base line. Panama Canal and Repo's been lot lower then were 4yrs ago, On Jewel a 14n SOLO Corner/Aft Balcony Pre-CV was Booked at $3998K for me 4yrs ago, doing 16nite PC this Oct on Radiance for $2300. This Sept doing 12n on Serenade for $1600, same Repo reverse direction was $2300 in 2019. So I can't complain my Sailings though admit some are back up what they were in the past and I wouldn't pay those rates...
  6. True, though I remember thats exactly what I paid in 1988 for a Deck 2 tiny Port Hole Cabin. Did Pay $799 for Owners Suite, total price me Solo but that was right after 9/11. Way inflation has been, Ships usually Sailing well over 100% Capacity I'm happy with what I'm paying now on my Booked Cruises, cheaper or same as Pre-CV, though the Discounts offered really help... Though we'll see in I feel same in few months what next Release brings...
  7. But always posted Upside down... Been collecting Ship Magnets since 80's, I also have Ship Shape $1 and a Tshirt from back then
  8. Good as Cruises last 10yrs for 10-16niters I was on always a Different Menu each nite
  9. Agree, I only know Balcony's also. Booked Panama Canal Fall 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024. The 2024 were a lot higher day of release then 2023. When 2025 come out bet they will be even Higher yet, getting back to outrageous Pre-CV PC prices
  10. Don't think they do that anymore and do also remember Cart and even Shops selling Flowers inc dozen roses on Royal but that was Decades ago. Back when you could Board a Royal Ship with just clothes and your back and Buy everything you needed on the Ship
  11. Used on my Cruises for over a Decade and never lost one. My Original Set back then was bought on Cruise Critic
  12. Same here, then Penmanship isn't even taught in any of my Grand Daughters Schools. A dying Art...
  13. Was enforced on my last Miami Cruise also, so does happen at times they group at least the first passengers arriving. Seen this at Tampa, though was last Fall on a Ship on day of Repo arrival.
  14. But don't forget Double Points last yr. I did just 8 Cruises and and got 216 points myself
  15. True, surprised when they do pop up. Most time have it was on Cruise with bunch open Cabins and/or with off peak dates.
  16. Agree, done this couple times. Had tell my Daughter I Booked her on Cruise with me and that she wasn't going
  17. At time all McDonald's coffee was served at that Temp, 20 degrees warmer then say Burger King was. Micky D's lost case but In end final amount was settled out of Court
  18. Happens, I've had 3 Sold out Cruises just in last 8 months. At times a Cabin will showup when someone cancels lasting for few days then Sold out again
  19. Nope, Wasn't in Kids play area. He stuck his head out the Window for 20 seconds, then he lifts and holds her out Window for 30 seconds before dropping her. There was no Taping on Window.
  20. I remember walking into a Port for a Cruise and get or pay for upgrade cheap! One I did had a OV and got a Jr Suite for $50. This back when Cruises were more expensive they are today
  21. Agree! Enjoyed this starting on our Honeymoon in 1988. After our 2nd Dining ending about 10:30pm we'd run back to Cabin to PU our Mints and see what was on the Cruise Compass for following day, after just making it to the 10:45pm second show. Following the show we'd run up to the Midnight Buffet. Doing longer Cruises where almost half the nites there is no show or combined one that takes place between early/late meals.
  22. Shoot before 5yrs ago Lot of my Booked Cruise would have just came out(an example)in May/June 2023 for my Cruises in Oct-Nov 2024. Now these same Cruises are out 560 days and more
  23. Hitting Golf Balls and Skeet Shooting off Open Deck. Bring back the Trays for Windjammer. Turn down service, I want my dang pillow mint back!
