that is true but they still make you purchase extra lounge chairs in the sanctuary. For booking purposes, it's for two people. We wanted to book it with our friends and that is what was explained to us.

Cabanas are not for 4. Four can hang out in the cabin but you will have to buy two extra lounge chairs on top of the cabin.

Emotions run high for anyone who had a dream vacation ruined. Or lost money. Let's all try and be understanding of those who are here to vent and complain about their cruise being canceled. Isn't that we are here for? Sharing the positives thoughts, asking the questions, and venting! I know after my incident in 2005, I was so very grateful for the support I got on here. okay, off my soapbox!

didn't the people who got canceled in the first cruise get their refund within days as well as the future cruise credit? sorry your cruise was canceled.

The lounges were not set up or used for our 12/9 Sky sailing. They just let everyone on at once.

Not if you come in via the 17th street entrance and are going to Terminal 2. The terminal and parking garage are before security.

I see on their social media pages, Princess has stated that they have taken possession of the Sun. They also show a video of some of the interior & crew, from staterooms to restaurants. The discuss working hard to get it ready for the next sailing.

Yea, no thanks. My son works for them and we don't need him back there!!

I so agree with you on this. I feel terrible for those who were to be on this sailing and there is just no excuse for such short notice. This was handled so poorly.

2 very different notices which is very strange. One gives 50% towards another cruise and one gives $1000 OBC,

did they refund you in cash or did it get loaded back onto the gift card? And that's a lot of bingo!!!

What happens if you win?!! It states on the gift card that it can not be refunded to cash. So if you win, perhaps it would be refunded/loaded back onto the gift card.

Are you on the Sky now? Or are you using this as an example?

Yea, not a fan of the new location at all and it seems to have changed a bit. I spent a lot of time out on the patio at the original location.

Have you been to Perricones since they moved?

When you look, does it show the cards and then a credit so the balance due is $0? They will still ask for a credit card, but as long as you see that $0, nothing will be charged and it will take your dining credits.

@Cruise Raider glad you made it home safely and missed out on the heaviest of rains. The amount of rain you all have had on that coast is unbelievable. Sounds like another trip!
