  1. The Simply More wine list AFAIK is identical on all the ships. That's for lunch and dinner. Not outside the dining areas and not hard liquor. ...... I know I've seen a list online but can't find it now of course. It's quite extensive. Hopefully someone else will post it.
  2. I love that!!!!!! And some of our "stuff" might one day become "junk" that we get rid of.
  3. Here's The Points Guy's review of the lounge. https://thepointsguy.com/reviews/turkish-airlines-business-lounge-istanbul/
  4. Operative words "short report."
  5. We haven't been to Istanbul since the new terminal but before - and I'm betting now - Turkish Airways had an INCREDIBLE business lounge.
  6. And one can walk out at baggage claim and there's a taxi stand (or some equivalent), right?
  7. Oh, that's just an attention getter πŸ™‚ These were country rats that get into farmers rice field where of course the farmers don't want them eating their crop. So they catch/kill them, grill them on the side of the road and sell them. They had been seriously over cooked and were tough and tasteless. But still πŸ™‚
  8. Did I mention that we've drunk tap water almost all over the world, eat chicken from street food vendors, had some fried rat in Thailand?!?!?! LOL
  9. Did you see my #20? I've also read tons of things that say "your kids don't want your stuff, get rid of it."
  10. Thanks for this. We are die-hard United passengers and their alliance partners. And since we ALWAYS return from a different city than we arrived in the round trip thing isn't an issue. PS: Have you been to the Polaris lounge in EWR? Incredible!
  11. That's what I understand also.
  12. I'm not going to try to speak for others but I really AM into food, at home cooking and eating out when traveling. I'll do research all over the world. So when I read others 'reviews' or comments I don't read just one. Unless I happen to know that person's taste is similar to mine. Or not πŸ™‚ Just my never humble opinion πŸ™‚
  13. But I'm in my 70s and there is little that I have a "use" for. We're even getting rid of 'stuff.' Can you give an example and maybe I'll say "oh, right :)"
  14. Are they skirt length or do you wear them with something else?
  15. LOL. So you probably wouldn't want to live with us. We had our milk with breakfast out of the same mugs that we had our morning. Then our lunch in the breakfast mugs πŸ™‚
  16. I see. So the 100s who didn't ask didn't get their money back.
  17. I hear you and don't dispute you but are you saying that no one should do anything?
  18. Thumbs up. I was raised in the Catholic church and they had "sins of commission" and "sins of omission." IIRC one was just as bad as the other. Or should be.
  19. I think the Red Sea brouhaha is the extreme example that everyone should remember.
  20. Hopefully it never takes anyone more than once.
  21. What kind of cups and why do they need washing?
  22. Last time we flew I printed the MyChart list of meds. They sent me on my way immediately.
  23. Yes. This. Most people these days especially use the term "direct" with non-stop. It was just in this particular case that I 'spoke' up. Thank you.
