If your flight has in any way been changed then EZAIR will allow you to make changes at no cost. If you merely want to make changes because you like something different then you cancel and rebook at the current pricing. There is no direct number to ezair, you go through the regular number and listen to the menu which has air as one of the options

Is full suite room service upgraded and complimentary? You pay for room service either $5 per order or if you do the medallion activation. The exception is the paper breakfast menu you place on the door the night before which has some basic's like coffee tea and toast. I believe you can get coffees loaded onto your medallion in exchange for the mini bar. Call room service to do the trade.

You can do it via email as I stated earlier. It takes an extra day but most of us do it well in advance of the cruise. email to SBPCL@PRINCESSCRUISES.COM

Full suite vs. Reserve collection junior suite

That's exactly what I stated, no charge for continental breakfast menu via the card you hang on the door -
Full suite vs. Reserve collection junior suite

Maybe you wouldn't order room service but many people might. I order room service coffee to be delivered every morning before going to breakfast at Sabitini's. I don't use an app so don't bother with looking at menu's since i won't pay that $5. I don't drink so would never buy the over priced alcohol package. -
Applying Shareholder OBC to Onboard Booking?
cruzsnooze replied to startedwithamouse's topic in Princess Cruises
I don't use their app but submitted my statement through the email. It takes them about 2 days to apply it that way but I'm in no hurry since I do it with plenty of time before my cruise. -
When your flight has been changed by Princess EZair you can call and if possible they will accommodate you at no fee.

Full suite vs. Reserve collection junior suite

Just a correction regarding suite perks. Dec we sailed in a full suite 28 nights. You do not get MDR menu's to order from anymore AND even full suites pay $5 room service fees for everything except the morning menu for a continental breakfast. The room service fee is included in the highest priced alcohol package. -
Questions for recent Princess cruisers
cruzsnooze replied to vaschroeder's topic in Princess Cruises
That's assuming you want to keep the suggested gratuity at their exorbitant daily rate. I prefer to reduce them to a more realistic amount. If you are at a Platinum or higher level the wifi rate is discounted 50% and you can share one devise. -
Do they have sugar free hot chocolate? Packets maybe to make my own with the hot water from the dispenser?
-
It doesn't seem logical that if you pay a discounted price for a gift card that Princess would refund the face value. It that worked we all would buy a thousands of dollars worth of gift cards for OBC to be refunded via check.

PHS?

The tipping on a cruise is a rip off and the cruise company keeps a portion of it. When I tip at home I know who I'm tipping and why. The cruise is only a suggestion and can be adjusted down at guest services.
-
I doubt that. I think people are denied boarding because they don't have the right documentation IE passports. With ships having 3,000 - and more passengers they just keep going down the list with these offers until someone takes them up on it. Unlike an airplane which has a few hundred people to ask to change flights.

Full Suite, room service for specialty restaurants
cruzsnooze replied to gomoccs1's topic in Princess Cruises
Full suites do not get included room service anymore except for the breakfast menu you hang on the door the night before. I do believe room service for the premium package is a flat fee for the entire cruise of $14.99. I sailed in a full suite in Dec and did not have a beverage package so I'm not sure about the flat fee. I was quoted a fee of $5 each room service I ordered so didn't use it. -
Can't you adjust the gratuity at guest services if you want?

What new ship will come to Los Angeles in 2025?
cruzsnooze replied to KJL53's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Those sailings are sold out, I'm sailing on the Navigator in 2 weeks. They are a nice short get a way for those that live near the port. There is no need to even get off the ship in Ensenada except for a nice walk around. If the price is right it's like a long week vacation. I like the smaller ships so won't sail the biggies if they do port in San Pedro. -
Is there sugar free hot chocolate anywhere?

It took 3 days to get the credit in my personalizer via the email route. I took a black marker and redacted all but the required information before scanning and emailing a copy of the brokerage statement.

Refundable OBC and general OBC questions
cruzsnooze replied to cusematt4's topic in Princess Cruises
NON refundable funds from your folio are always used first. If there is no way to buy that $700 OBC buy a gift card for Princess (Satisfying your requirement to spend $700) from a store that sells gift cards. My supermarket carries gift cards. The gift card can be applied to OBC when you board as refundable. -
I do NOT tip on Princess shore excursions, I've paid a premium and the tour guides are employees of a tour company with benefits. I do tip on private excursions since I consider it more like a taxi where I tip.I have been curious about what others do so on my last cruise last month I watched people get off the bus. I saw about 50% of the people tipped and 50% did not so apparently there is no consensus. A few years ago we were China. There was a Princess recommendation for tipping the tour guides. We were on the land portion of the tour and got to know the guide after 5 days. I asked why in a non tipping country this was even brought up. He was brutally honest and said only you Americans tip and if you want to give away your money we're happy to take it.

Just Curious - What if we Never Leave the US?
cruzsnooze replied to handbellplayer's topic in Royal Caribbean International
your ports are an unincorporated territory of the United States. -
I would just book the excursions for the adults and show up with the baby in arms. The fact the baby gets nothing out if isn't legitimate for not paying, I sometimes get nothing out of it BUT the baby does not take the space of another person or consume any meals so should NOT have to pay.
