Yes, had some do that too, seems most don't work right. But really how would you expect them to work right being placed in a box where they don't get any air to work properly. Best bet when you first get in the room is for the first day leave it unplugged so it defrosts, then plug it back in and never close the cabinet door the whole cruise and it will work right and cool like it is suppose to.

Royal seems to be able to take $$$ from you with no problem instantly. But when it comes to a refund they drag it out as long as possible. Took me 11 weeks to get a refund of a $500 deposit on a canceled cruise. Be very patience.

Those cooler boxes or fridge doesn't keep anything cold anyway, might as leave the pizza on the countertop with a napkin covering it or with a plate and one of those covers they bring with plates for room service.

Why take the chance, do you really have to take a cruise at this time? isolation cabin, with 2+ hour wait for room service, rather be at home. Service not up to par to boot.

Even though Central Park is beautiful we never liked walking through there. Always felt like walking through a incubator on Caribbean sailings. Pass !! Would never get a Central Park Balcony either because of that, hot(warm) and hardly any air moving through there. Glacier Bay is truly amazing isn't it.............Come on Royal wake up and do what you have to do to get your ships into there.

Covered a lot area in those 3 weeks..........and when you got home it was still as hot as the places you visited, maybe hotter.
