Had aft balcony 8392 on Voyager last week. Don't know if I'll ever be able to do a side balcony again after the wonderful experience of an aft. Just so much more space and great 270° views!

Unless you can see around corners, or have corner aft with a wrap around balcony, you only have a 180 degree view.

 

Now, have you tried a front facing balcony???

Your experience is different than mine. On one sea day I was able to keep the papers I was reading on the table without a paper weight.

We've had aft 1104 on Radiance, 1102 on Jewel, 1600 on Serenade and now 1100 on Brilliance.

Also aft on Freedom deck 10.

JS, can't recall the number. 1400 maybe?

We ❤ our afts!

Have one booked on Empress but am going to change it as it's directly over Boleros and I've heard it's quite loud.

Nice score Amy! We have always wanted to sail in 1100. Have done many afts and have loved them all. But 1100's wraparound is really special. I am sure you guys both enjoyed it.

Thanks and we did! It was just one of those things. I booked it last December while on Indy. I'd been checking online and that room was taken. I went to Next Cruise one morning on a whim and it was magically available!
