As always, I am really enjoying your report, Radio. Thank you very much!! It is helping us get through the next month until we head to Bermuda on EXOS.:D

I have a question for you about Enchantment's solarium...did you notice if there are stairs to walk into the pool, or just the ladders?

Thanks again......

Hi Radio. Thanks for another great report so far. I'm enjoying "being back" on the Enchantment after my cruise last year on her. Seeing this report makes me want to go back to Bermuda badly. I think I may look into Grandeur cruises for 2013 as after the refurbishments it should be great. Nothing compared to the Allure though. Speaking of which, hope you enjoyed the rest of my review and it lived up to your standards!

One last note, after having been on the Allure, it's pretty crazy to see pictures of the Enchantment as while the ship is well kept, it just looks dated. I do really hope Royal updates the furniture throughout the ship and even in the cabins to make them more modern looking like the Oasis class.

Enjoy the rest of your cruise!

Radio, when we were on the Enchantment in May the one window in the VCL was leaking and the floor was all buckled up. Did they fix that or is it still buckled up? The window at the top was cracked and water was filling up between the panes of glass and then coming through and going under the floor. It looks like it might have been fixed. Hard to tell. I love that area except when the sun is brightly shining, it sure does get hot up there. But really love the view. I will put up with the heat just for the view.:p

Great photos again Radio.

We really have been enjoying all the photos and reports. Bermuda is

so gorgeous, the pictures of the coves and lagoons breath taking.

Thanks for the jelly fish warning photo, did not see that one while we were

there, good to know. Have a great afternoon. :)

Radio, I enjoy your live reviews. As a matter of fact I think you've inspired me to try and do a live review of my upcoming Oasis and Silhouette cruises. I know it will be nowhere as good as yours are but it'll be a lot of fun trying to do it for the first time.

Please be inspired to write a live review Bugsy! I too was by Radio and Trainman-2's live reports. Give it a shot, know I had fun doing a live post. Kind of ads more adventure to the trip. :-)

Hello everyone. . . After my last post I was able to have a nice lunch, watched the news for 90 minutes, and head down to Casino Royale for a friendly exchange. The Casino and Shopped will be packed tomorrow. The last day at sea is surely the busiest day (most profitable) for ships.

I still have to try t o make the “Stage to Screen” production Show. . .I will try to make it to the Love and Marriage show as well. . .That is always one of the funniest shows on board. We had a very nice dinner tonight, and the whole table ordered the Seafood Platter (Lobsters). The waiters were insistent that my 2 DSIL’s order more than one. . . They were very happy.

I haven’t looked at the Cruise Compass for tomorrow, but I am sure it will be filled with non stop activities. Tomorrow will be the final day to buy a gift, win in the Casino, or take a swim. I really over packed for this trip. . .I don’t know what I was thinking. . . I will taking home many clothes that I haven’t worn yet for this cruise.

Here are a few pics from this afternoon. . .

Yummm, Lobster nite, my favorite..

On our past few cruises the head waiter did the same thing,

offered us more than one Lobster to our table, so good.

Your grandson is so sweet, beautiful baby..

So sad that there will be one more day of postings. Reading your

postings have become our nightly ritual.

Enjoy your Evening with your family.

Thanks again for all the nice postings and photos.

Radio, Great pix of Bermuda. Makes me want to go back soon.

I am in the broadcast industry and our company has tshirts with Radio on the front and "When you're good Broadcast It". You are certainly good. I will bring you a tshirt when we cruise together on the Enchantment in January. Thanks again for sharing your vacation.

PS. Your grandson is adorable - love the blond curls.

The new menus are not out yet. I will try to find out when they will arrive at the Galley Tour.

Radio

;);)

.

Is the galley tour coming up soon? I am interested to hear more about the new menu roll outs. I hear that the new menus are now out for the Freedom....I was hoping that maybe the Explorer would have the new menus for October.

Radio,

Thank you again for the wonderful pictures and commentary - such fun to follow along!

A bit off topic - kind of - but I thought the coincidence of following your post and this happening was amusing. I went to a book sale tonight. I found and bought a hardcover book published to celebrate the inaugural sailing of Enchantment of the Seas. Many pictures of Royal Caribbeans other ships, well wishes from major corporations and some great pictures from inside the ship. I never knew these books exsisted - may have to make it my new hobby to find a copy for all the ships in the fleet past and present that were published!

Wishing you smooth sailing on the way home.

I've never sailed out of Baltimore but sailed out of Norfolk once a few years back on Carnival and it was do convienient! Such a great terminal but no cruises fom here :(

We have sailed from Baltimore several times. It is an easy port to got to and it is very efficient.

We like Norfolk, too. We only cruised once before Carnival moved their ship (Pride) to Baltimore. We were bummed. Our son lives in Norfolk and we could park at his house. :)

Norfolk has so much to offer cruise ship passengers, especially with the new light rail downtown.
