Royal Caribbean trademarks 5 new names

On September 15, Royal Caribbean filed trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the following names:

 

•Spectrum of the Seas

•Joy of the Seas

•Harmony of the Seas

•Emblem of the Seas

•Apex of the Seas

Oh dear, the best I feel is Apex but Joy and Harmony in particular are dreadful.

Just saw that too. I'm not loving the new names, however I thought Oasis and Allure were stupid and now I can't wait until my Allure cruise! I guess the names will grow on me!

I know Royal didn't commit to Q4, but, obviously, Harmony would go well with Anthem.

 

Spectrum of the Seas for O3 or O4 maybe??

 

I still like my suggestion of Essence of the Seas better than the new ones. Passion is not bad either.

 

CC needs a like button. I think that's a great name.

I love the sound of them all but maybe a little iffy on Joy.

 

Our business is called Apex Sheds so I might convince hubby that we have to try Apex of the Seas lol! Wishful thinking with years of planning ahead lol!

Some good, some bad ...

 

 

-Spectrum of the Seas (meh ..)

 

-Joy of the Seas (very, very bland .. besides, Joy is a dishwashing liquid)

 

-Harmony of the Seas (corny)

 

-Emblem of the Seas (love this one)

 

-Apex of the Seas (love this one)

 

-Pulse of the Seas (just weird ... does the sea have a pulse?)

 

-Passion of the Seas (spicy .... I like it !)

 

-Ovation of the Seas (totally makes no sense .. ovation??)

So now that they have officially announced that it will be Ovation joining Quantum and Anthem I would guess Spectrum if they changed their minds and built a 4'th Quantum class ship.

 

 

After Oasis and Allure I could see the next 2 being named Passion and Harmony.
