Totally agree with Debbie - we were on the same January 17th cruise on the Getaway and it was our best cruise ever :) First time in 14 Norwegian cruises we had the pleasure to meet Sean and he is truly an amazing hotel director. LOL I told him he deserved his reputation on cruise critic.

Yes he did but did an emergency fill in for 10 weeks on Spirit in the autumn. He returned to Jade for 3 weeks on 22nd November again to fill in. Went on leave mid December but was asked to return to Spirit for 30 days as an emergency fill in from Jan 5th. He is expecting to finally take some leave before heading to the Gem. Well that is what he is hoping but as he said to me "I think this is the plan but it may change once again #sigh
