As the previous poster said, you don't need to join AARP to participate in the rewards program. You do need to be a Verizon customer to take advantage of their rewards program.

I just wanted to say that I ordered four $100 gift cards on 09/16, which show as shipped on the website but haven't arrived yet (mail runs later, so still may get them today).

 

I also ordered one $500 gift card on 09/17, which arrived just a little while ago by UPS with signature required. I thought that was super fast compared to some of the turn around times lately.

I think the limit of 5 may be something new because a few months back I bought 8 $100 cards since the $500 cards were sold out.

That seems to be the limit, at least it has been each time I've ordered them, regardless of the value of the card ($100 or $500).
