Can you post the details - we can't see it in Australia.

Good morning! Can you guess what is the next animal to be fitted onboard our newest Quantum Class ship? ‪#‎OvationoftheSeas‬

Can't say she is the prettiest ship I've ever seen - a bit too much like a floating block of flats.

But I'm still keen to be sailing on her regardless! :)

Lol, like most cruise ship builds these days. Still think NCL breakaway class wins as the ugliest. IMO !!

We were planning on getting over to Calshot to watch her coming in yesterday but life overtook us and we didn't make it :(

I just wish that Royal Caribbean would allow ship visits like P&O do! We had a good look round Brittania as part of the celebrations (and concluded we wouldn't like to cruise on her!) and surely these few days in port are a good time to get prospective customers on board?

Mainly i want a good nose around and to get a "ship fix" because we don't have a cruise booked at the moment (once the little one has a passport that will change!).

I have hinted as strongly as possible to RCCL about visits but no joy!

Anyone got any suggestions?!

RCI do do ship visits. It is on their website. You get a tour and a lunch and then if you book you get your money back - I think it costs around £25pp.

Visit A Ship - Why Not?

Never cruised before? Wanting to discover what's onboard? Please contact us for day visits on shipvisituk@rccl.com.

Ahh If only their website were that up to date!!

The page you refer to is quite new on their website but the auto-response says "contact us in February" and that was March!!

And you would have thought that a new ship would be the ideal time to do some visits!!

I don't speak German, but he does literally say "Music Hall" at 19:03.

Back the the question of Kung Fu Panda Noodle Shop... so will that be a cover charge instead of a la carte? How much would the cover be?

If you select the option for Closed Captions and then select English, it does a reasonable job of translating it for you.

Converting it to Welsh on the other hand ...

I don't think any ship can beat the Epic in that department.

Agreed! But yes some sure come close.

I also don't like the new butt nose style bows like on the new Princess ships and others, possibly a new efficiency improvement or the like. What happened to those lovely classic yacht like bows?! Sorry,,..back on topic !! [emoji38]
