Since you seem to have a grasp on casino point calculations, would you please (if you can), estimate the average and total amounts I bet on my recent cruise?

I attained 4200+ points solely playing blackjack over the course of 4 nights (5 night cruise but casino closed for nearly 36 consecutive hours per Chinese restrictions).

Unfortunately I do not have much knowledge on how table games are calculated. But I heard you have to wager much more than slots since table games have better odds and payback %. Especially Blackjack. So you must've wagered pretty hefty amount throughout the cruise to reach 4200 points. I've seen people complaining that they've wagered well into the 5 figures and has trouble amassing 1000 points.

My bets normally ranged from $25 to $250/hand. Definitely split/doubled aggressively (within reason based upon player vs. dealer upcard). I did not feel like I was betting too heavy, that I would be considered a whale (tekguy26).

I only had one shoe the whole time when I moved up from $50 initial bet to near $400/hand, and stayed at $200+ during those rounds.

Does that pass for “whale” status these days? Thought whales bet from $500 to thousands per hand.

Kind of the same boat here. I get few offers. Sometimes I just call in to Casino Royale, and someone offers us something. Prime each year they had it. The wife too. Some trips 3000 - 5000 points played.

A month back I asked the rep again "where are my offers ? You should be getting them."

Then found out the offer emails were being sent to travel agent that booked my 2017 cruise. I didn't use that TA in 2018.

Maybe some TA is getting your comps ?

Just back from Liberty of Seas. Was just on her in January. I like old slots. One dollar, 5 dollar, even quarters with the reels. Now none to be found. Even the one cent 9 reel machines are gone. Took out the wonder 4's while we were aboard. All are video type with plenty of lights, sound, and action.

The Video Poker are still the same. Won some money on those.

If you're not seeing your email offers (or just want an easy way to see them all at once instead of dredging through email), there's an easier way to check ALL of your current eligible offers.

Go to: https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com

Enter your last name and C&A number.  You'll get a list of everything they've qualified you for (comp cabins & trade-in values).  If you hover your cursor over this listing in the "Offer Name" column you'll see more details about the ship(s) and sailing date(s) it applies to.  Then you can use the offer code in the corresponding column to call CR and either book or get more details.

Just noticed another new offer Today - May Summer Sizzle.  It is another BOGO.  No email yet but I called and got them to email me the list of eligible sailings

We each have a May Summer Sizzle Offer for a free balcony.  Boy are we glad we started cruising with RCCL again, Carnival’s offers are crap!!

Thanks for the heads up. Is this the dedicated thread for Club Royale offers? If it isn’t, there should be one. I don’t know why they don’t include a link on the offers site with the offer details. Seems like we get more information here.

I’m already booked on Harmony for Sept 1 for the $25K BJ tournament, but have my eyes peeled for other offers.

Same here. Hubby and I have now had 3 summer sizzles and a tax day.  We each have 2 summer sizzles not booked.  I have no vacation days left as we already sailed once this year and have 3 more booked but hubs gets more vacay.  He is thinking of booking his 2 other offers as solos to try to get us to D+ before our son turns 18 March 1.

Laura's are all solo so far since we have stretched Bella's dog sitter a little tight.  Looks like I can get her on the 4 day before one of her booked ones. Jut need to check cabin proximity.

Living next door to PC really helps. 😉

Yes I bet it does!!  We are planning to move to Central/South Fl as snowbirds in a few years so we will be able to take advantage of more offers 🙂. Hopefully by then we can figure out where to move too.  Looking for a condo complex close to the ocean within an hour or so of a port.

I wish there was!  Hubby could easily drive to NJ from here.  Even Baltimore would be nice.  Either one is also only a short haul flight through Aeroplan from here.  Either way, we cannot really complain.  We got 0 offers the last couple of years so I will take what we can get and the casino is paying for all 4 of our sailings this year (except for the upgrade we paid to add a 3rd passenger then upgrade to a CL in March).

Received my first ever Casino Royale offer today: H19SIZ1. It states that it is for a Balcony.

Why does RCCL not provide a link to a listing of the cruises eligible for the offer? How can you Redeem offer if you do not know which ships and sailings are eligible to be accepted in connection with that offering?

Btw, saw Canadian Disney Mom’s posting of the May SS Offer for Tiers H19S1Z3 and H19S1Z2. Are the 3 and 2 last digit offerings for a higher/lower Prime Tier than my May SS offering ending with 1?

Just trying to understand how this works (if rational).

I would assume mine is lower - mine is just for a BOGO interior. If yours is a balcony, yours is higher 🙂

Since the rest of the Tier information (other than final digit) is identical, how likely is it that sailing offerings (ships, ports and embarkation dates) on the May SS Offers we received today are identical?

I am pretty sure the sailings offered CAN be different. I know there were additional sailings on one of the offers for those that ended in a 1. Not sure about this one though

You have to either call the Casino Royale number and tell them the code and they will tell you the eligible sailings or you can wait for it on email or snail mail which they will probably send it to you in the next week or two..
