Not sure if that's b/c I have already used it or it's just not listed or they still have 2 separate accounts for me. Here are the offers I am showing: Dolphins vs Bills (ex. 11/25/18) Saints vs Steelers (ex. 12/15/18) 2018 Royal Poker Tournament (ex. 12/9/18) 2019 Big Game Offer (ex. 2/3/19) Texans vs Colts (ex.12/2/18) 2018 Winter Casino Offer (ex. 10/26/18...so should already be expired but still up there) Dolphins vs Patriots (ex. 12/3/18) Instant Reward Cert from last cruise (Grandeur). I've talked about this in great detail before but I'll touch a little on ADT. This is what you are really worth to the casino, its you Average Daily (or trip) Theoretical loss. Here is my understanding...lets say (for arguments sake) that Tier 1 is 0-1000 pts, Tier 2 is 1001-5000 pts, T3 is 5001-10000, etc... Tiers are only used as a guideline to put you within a large group for common benefits, ie: Tier 1 you get a free inside cruise, Tier 2 you get a free Balcony, Tier 3 Suite, and so on... Now, lets break down the tiers...We have a certain group of people who are tier 2 because they are earned 1001 points on their last cruise and others who are also classified as "Tier 2", who earned 5000 points. Loosely speaking, the person who is more valuable to the casino would get better (or more frequent) offers, cause they have a history of higher play (potential to loose more, lol). In my situation, both my wife and I are prime members, she has not received ANY offers to date (via email/snail mail or otherwise, except for her prime free cruise), I am also prime, my inbox is consistently dinging with offers for free cruises with Jr. Suites, Balconies etc..I also know that I cycle through a LOT more than my wife at the casino (Higher ADT), so these offers are not coincidence! In short, you current "level" has nothing to do with your offers! Hopes this helps a little! Cheers....Brian I am wondering if you would be willing to explain to me how you have a US address. For arguments sake let’s say that to earn 25000 points, it costs a flat amount of $10,000. And lets assume that nether customer wins a penny spending that 10k. Customer A spends $10,000 in 10 cruises in 1 year, so $1,000 a cruise, and customer B spend $10,000 in only 1 cruise. Looks like B would be held in higher regard/get more offers. Wierd To add confusion to uncertainty, Club Royale also considers losses in the casino when awarding certificates. So if the awards don’t seem to correspond directly with points, it’s probably due to losses. On our recent LIB cruise, going strictly by points, we would not have received any complimentary cruises but we both received complimentary balcony certificates. The hostess explained that the certificates were both upgraded due to our wagering losses. While not thrilled with losing money, we got our upcoming Thanksgiving Cruise on NAV (maybe...if she doesn’t sink before then) out of it.

Only earned around 3200 points (which I thought was weird) but was bumped up to free Balcony Room based on perceived loses. Let me just say that the casino thought that I lost a lot more than I did. 😉

Sorry the Oveanview and JS certificates aren’t clear as a copy was given to me by another poster. Interesting that the 3 Anthem cruises are the same on all the certificates, just the cabin level changes. I wonder if it's going to cost more to upgrade your cabin. I was able to upgrade from an inside to a balcony for usually less than $300. You usually end up losing a lot more than that going from 2400 points to 4800 points, unless you are very lucky. I already have 2 of them booked in balcony cabins. With my 150% solo rate, OBC, from next cruise and my $400 and $500 certificates it's not even worth trying for a free inside. Example: I booked the 11/16/19 a few weeks ago on the ship for a total of $933 including port charges and taxes. I received $200 OBC and was able to apply a $500 certificate from a cruise early in October. Final cost making my final cost $233. I think from now on I'm stopping when I get to 1600 or 2000 points depending on how I'm doing.

(You can't use a certificate for a cruise more than a year out) I also booked the November 16th at the same time in a balcony cabin. I will probably get another $500 certificate on my 11/25/18 cruise that I will apply to the 11/16/19. Also making that cruise about $250. (Hopefully the price I booked at won't go up)
