Hi! We just boarded Allure today - I think Dexter said he would officially change in February (but unclear if Allure or another ship).

Ricardo Mock & Edwin Pinto are now the Suite Concierges on Oasis. Just got my email from them.

Dexter moved ahead and began his Genie duties for the current sailing, Willfredo with remain in the Suite Lounge (along with another male concierge Nichol/Nikol?).

I asked him about escorting us on and off the ship as we are in the Royal Suite. He said due to Covid protocols, Royal no longer does it (even though the website says they do).

We were on Adventure a couple of weeks ago in the Royal Suite and were escorted on the ship.

I think the 3rd Concierge is Claudine Benjamin.  She was in the DL for our 10-31-2021 cruise.  I think they are alternating lounges.  Claudine was our concierge a few years ago on Oasis.

Yes, I believe that Claudine was in the Diamond lounge when we were there. I have not met her, but usually hear good things about her. What did you think? There was a 3rd male in the suite lounge, relatively young one, but I saw him only briefly. I do not know if he will be permanently there or not (as he may have been there as an assistant as Dexter transitioned).

Interesting, it may be they are taking turns in the Diamond and Suite lounge.

I think they are.  Clauddine has been in the DL some Weeks with other weeks in the SL.  The same for Wilfredo.  Allure wasn't amped due  to the pandemic so it has the DL with the 2 story windows on Deck 11.

Grecia was the Diamond Lounge concierge on Indy for the 1-10-22 sailing. Don't know if she'll still be in the DL after they get out of quarantine (next 3 cruises cancelled when we got off Jan 14.)

Anyone have a current email for suite concierge for Odyssey. Searched but couldn't find a current posting so not sure if there is a general email. I know there used to be but not sure if it still works like other ships.

Emailed with concierge on the Odyssey today for my 1/29/2022 cruise. We are in a GS in case that matters. He said they will take dining requests prior to boarding. I had read that some ships had stopped this during Covid.

In November both the Symphony and Allure concierges made dinner reservations (and on the Allure also entertainment reservations). Of course YMMV

Norma Zarate is concierge on Mariner currently.  I have emailed with her in advance of our sailing later this month.
