Big news about Symphony that can be revealed.

 

Rahul Barua (currently on Grandeur) and Raj Bhugwatch (on Harmony) will be concierges -- not sure about the lounges. Also do not know who will be the 3rd Concierge.

Update -- IN & SY -- Jacque Yabut is back in the Indy Diamond Lounge as of 10/14 will remain until Late January when she will move to Symphony as the Diamond Concierge (Confirmed).

Not 100% sure if Jacque is DL or CL. I think the news that she is going to SY in the DL is accurate.

We’ve had both Rahul and Raj and both are excellent! Symphony will have a great team.

Adventure- Maria (Diamond Concierge) left on 2 December. She was due to be replaced by Leroy. After her vacation, Maria is going to Symphony

Hi all.

 

Does anyone know what happened to Nadja (sp) who was the concierge on the Navigator? I do not see her name anywhere. :(

 

I just got an email from her and she will be the Concierge for the New Year's cruise. JJ (Hajeong Shim) is the Diamond Concierge. Tiela Hagen is the Loyalty Ambassador.

Not sure, the way she talked she was going as a Concierge, but I see Jacque is going there also

We've had Nadja in NV's CL and JJ in the DL for awhile. Could you please find out from Nadja and JJ when they are going on vacation and who might cover for them.

I know Jorge Delgado, from Explorer, is going to be one of the DL concierges on the Symphony. He was told he got the position in September.
