Bring chips/snacks on board

We are sailing on Allure of the Seas on 10/29/2017:D and wondered if it's possible to bring snacks on board like bags of chips as they are expensive on the ship in the stores for tiny bags. Has anyone ever done or seen this done?:confused: Thank you.

Sure, you can bring chips on board, but you can also get them for free in Park Cafe. They have little bags of Lays, Doritos and Sun Chips.

Yes, bring on the snacks! Cruise ships are notorious for running out of food.

We usually bring snacks, peanuts, cashews, almonds and peanut butter crackers to take on excursions. We enjoy them on the balcony with a glass of wine.

We do and if small enough put them in Small plastic tubs.

The chips in the Park Café always seem to run out 1/2 thru the cruise. Bring along your favs, if you have space in your bags.

Maybe, but some people enjoy salty snacks especially with drinks. And most ship's food is not prepackaged and, thus, cannot be taken off the ship for port visits which is actually what the OP is asking about.

Yes bring some. But like others have posted there is chips in the park cafe. I always pack candy with me if I need a fix. Candy on board is expensive

Bring your favorites and enjoy as you wish. We often bring snacks that are not available on the ship for even more variety.

Just pack the snacks in carry on or you could wind up in the naughty room, my canned snacks were flagged.
